The two snipers were about to leave the scene, Su Xiaocai released a tracking spider. The spider, about the size of a fingertip, had an environmental simulation feature, making it invisible.
They crawled onto the wall.
As the snipers exited the hallway, they swiftly jumped onto the cash-laden backpack.
Feeling something strange, they turned their heads, but saw no one. They glanced upward at the surveillance camera resting against a lamp post. Normally, these cameras would float around during the day, and no wrongdoers in the residential area could avoid their "patrol."
Today, however, they were resting by the lamp post, clearly rendered useless.
The two snipers, seeing no reason to worry, hefted their backpacks again and left quickly.
As they passed by Su Xiaocai's car, they turned to look only to see Kaye in the front seat, head lowered, engrossed in his communicator.
