Watching as those classmates and parents slowly moved out of the basketball gym.
Ethan Hayes casually opened his mouth and asked Vivian York, "What are you having for lunch?"
"Me?" Vivian turned her head and glanced at him, saying, "I'm easygoing. It's just past eleven. I could take the subway back to school for lunch, or go to Wanda Plaza to eat. If I eat out, I might do some shopping in the afternoon."
"Hmm..." Ethan pondered for a moment, then said to Vivian, "If you're going shopping in the afternoon, help me pick up a notebook, will you?"
"Sure." Vivian nodded and agreed, "What kind are you looking for?"
"Anything as long as it's not pink." Ethan lowered his gaze, looking at her rather carelessly.
"What about purple?" Vivian blinked and couldn't resist teasing him a bit.
"..." Ethan looked at her with a speechless expression and asked, "Do you think that's okay?"
