"Hello, hello, Auntie, I'm Ethan Hayes." As soon as the call connected, Ethan smiled politely and spoke, though his voice sounded slightly hoarse due to a fever.
"Oh oh, it's you, Ethan, hello hello." Mrs. York's voice came from the phone, loud enough that Vivian could hear it, "What's wrong with your voice? It sounds a bit off."
"It's nothing, just a bit of a cold and fever." Ethan said while placing a clenched fist near his mouth and coughed twice appropriately.
"How did you get sick so carelessly, have you taken medicine, have you been to the hospital??" Mrs. York immediately asked Ethan worriedly, "Are your parents not home again? Really, there's no one to take care of you, hold on, I'll call Vivian to go check on you."
