A/N: Some changes:
1) Herman's territory is ranked 220th, not 520th
2) And the territory tier is Mid Yellow(5) Tier with 2.5 million prosperity points, not Peak Yellow Tier.
(I rechecked the previous chapters and saw that the things weren't sitting right, so I fixed them.)

Chapter 802: Billion
"1–1.5 Billion?" Herman felt as though his ears had betrayed him.
"Yes, that's what it will take for that Savage Beast to leave your city alone and look for a different way to pass through," Leo replied matter-of-factly.
"T-that's... I can't—"
Herman's throat went dry.
1.5 Billion AC was equivalent to 600,000 Gold Coins!
Leo chuckled.
"Should have discussed it earlier. Now that the Savage Beast has come much closer, it's extremely excited to devour all the resources in the city. If I don't feed it something substantial, it won't even listen to me."
After that, Leo cracked his knuckles.
