It couldn't be more perfect. The moment was more than perfect, but drunk Theo wouldn't let it last.
"Uhhh," She hummed, "This confirms you're gay,"
Zeke didn't even want to argue again, and he couldn't seem to pull away. All those months of staying away and giving her space had ended right here, right now. He was gonna follow her everywhere, be her new tail if he had to.
The shadows by the corner suddenly stirred, and Sylas formed from it.
Zeke and Theo turned to him, and Theo yelled in shock.
"That's scarily awesome," She cried, as she tugged away from Zeke and walked closer to Sylas, "Do it again, do it again!!" She clapped.
Instead, she stumbled forward as his hands wrapped around her waist and pulled her into a cold hug. It was so different than the warmth Zeke offered, and yet so... relaxing.
"I've missed you," He whispered along her neck, and she subconsciously found herself melting into his touch.
