Chapter 53: Athena...look at that.
The classroom buzzed with low whispers, the kind that carried secrets and half-truths. A strange energy filled the air, something in between excitement and unease.
The teacher hadn't come yet, and most students were turned around in their seats, talking in small groups. Phones were out, screens flashing as they shared whatever little gossip they'd found.
"I heard they're twins," someone said from the back.
"No, not just twins, they look identical. Like mirrors," another voice added.
"And they met the principal this morning. My friend saw them," a girl whispered, eyes wide with fake confidence. "She said they don't even look real."
A few laughed nervously, while others leaned closer, curious.
The noise grew louder, a mix of disbelief and thrill. Not that they haven't heard of new students, ofcourse students aren't rare. The only thing rare here, is the fact that they decided to enroll in the middle of the semester? That was unheard of.
