"What do you mean come with us?!" Mona exclaimed as she shook her head, "You're all too weak. Raul alone can kill all of you."
Amon shrugged, "I'm not fighting him myself. Join the Gaboras with me and you don't even have to show your face. If he wants to get to us, he'll have to put in some work. Hiding is easy while finding people is hard. He might have manpower but I have means to escape."
As he said that, he heard the bedroom door open and saw Mikayla walk out with Elena, limping slightly.
Mona's lips twitched as she looked at the satisfied expression on her daughter's face and then glanced at Amon who seemed unfazed.
"…. You never learn, do you?" Mikayla said as she looked at her mom with a slight frown, "Also… it's much worse than before."
"Yeah I ran away. He'll be busy trying to find me for now…"
