Isak dropped away from the center-backs again, this time linking the move rather than staying on the shoulder of the last defender. Guimarães carried through midfield as United's shape compressed toward him, and Almirón's inward movement dragged the far-side defender out of position.
Trippier had already restarted his overlapping run. He received it back on the outside with the whole right side of United's defense pulled the wrong way.
Demien was dealing with Guimarães and the cutback lane through the middle. Leaving it to close Trippier down would have handed Guimarães or Isak a free run at goal instead.
