Now soon the match became quite heated because both sides started to use their real strength, and surely Susano was trying his best to keep up while the electricity was giving Thor a pretty nasty advantage over Susano, but seeing the skills of Susano, I was not even thinking about sympathizing with her because despite being greatly overwhelmed by Thor, not a single attack of Thor reached the body of Susano while Thor was struggling to even properly see the sword. Despite it, the great mighty Thor was not even taking a step back from the match while I was getting worried about me and my lovely Miyuki. Because I surely didn't have such skills, I can't even be put in the league that he owns. While surely Miyuki was a goddess, so I had to worry less about her, seeing these two powerhouses clash, my entire body was being covered in goosebumps while they were still fighting intensely. Soon both of them started to use their named attacks. The Susano used his attack, 'Ame-no-Habakiri.' The attack was surely pretty tense and way too threatening; just like in stories, it was quite overwhelming, as his blade started to show the characteristics of flames and storms' lightning, and he charged towards Thor. Seeing it, Thor also used his hammer to compress most of the energy and charged at him. Well, this thing was somewhat confusing me because the Susano clearly saw the difference between the power levels, so he must have known how meaningless it would be for him to fight him head-on, as the only way for him to win is to use his skills and defeat him in terms of swordplay, but as they were about to clash, I sensed something from the side of Susano, as if he threw something towards Thor while still charging at him. It surely was strange, but thinking that the great sword god threw it, I was hoping to see something fun, and soon the clash between the attacks began to rise, and just like before, the overwhelming strength of Thor was making it more clear who was going to win the match, but Susano was just dodging or deflecting his attacks. Seeing him play like this, Thor also started to get irritated and started to increase the speed of his attacks using electricity, and Susano was looking in trouble, while I was hoping that both sides could just end this match, or I won't be able to stay motivated. These two were looking pretty fierce, but soon the exhaustion started to get visible on each side. Something strange started to appear on the floor, something like footprints of both gods, and they were forming some strange pattern. While seeing the pattern, Susano started to move in proper rhythm and in a much more composed manner. Feeling such a sudden change, Thor also felt it strange, but still he thought that in just a few moments, he was about to win, so what could even end the time struggle? The audience were surely way too overjoyed by this match and was looking forward to the match and soon thor felt that something was strange with him; despite activating the electricity and his energies, his energy was feeling lost and the energy of susano was increasing by many folds and soon the thor in frustration used his hammer to fly while using lightning strikes to attack susano and susano was dodging them pretty hardly because exhaustion was acting on both sides, despite getting powerful, he was continously fighting for 20 Minutes, so both of them were pretty drained while the thor looking closely at floor found out that the strange symbol on the ground was something that was pulling his strength and giving it to susano but the real question arose in his mind that when did he even used this thing and then he got hit by the past about how strange thte susano's movements got and now feeling that he just took a bait like a fool, he smiled and started concentrating his all energy in final blow while susano seeing him charge the energy smiled and took deep breath and spoke some words: heaven splitter!' and a great slash of energy flew towards thor and the energy in the slash was not only of just susano but rather it also had thor's energy, so the energy slash was quite massive and seeing it, thor also smiled and charged at the susano with all his strength and the clash started to send tremors around everything while the barriers were way too insanely shaking and everything was feeling as if it will crumble in just few moments but soon the clash ended and we got our clash's winner, ' Thor!' The skills were lost to raw power, but the Thor was also barely even standing; his blood was flowing out of wounds like a waterfall. While the Susano was lying on the ground covered with pretty deep bruises, seeing it, I started to see my future in the lying Susano, but I just couldn't believe that despite the power drain from Susano and combining his power with it, Susano still lost this badly, because there was no way that he was some kind of weakling. He was hailed as sword god or god of storm in my myths, so I was having many doubts about how can he loose like this but soon I saw something shining on his wrist, a pandent, very same pandent that I gave to nicole to protect her, so now it became clear how he managed to survive the clash, it was the pandent that took most of the damage and now was ripped in shreds, while looking at it, I can't say that thor cheated or anything because the gears and the potion and stuff were part of strategies, so we can't blame thor for this but I surely have my respect for susano that he fought till very end without relying on any gear or any item, he fought till his limits and now was laying like a true swordsman, surely a man of wonder, I guess he surely must have a nice myths about him, I will make sure to read more about him. So like this first round ended while the authorities teleported the Susano to the audience after providing him healing, congratulating him for his courage, and giving him his reward for his hard work, while Thor got approval to fight in the finale and was also praised for his hard work, and they both shared a mug of drinks, respecting the results. They both accepted each other's strength and the admins moved to next match, 'Ice Goddess vs. The announcer!'
