Soon, while messing around like this, we reached Mount Lona's outskirts. Well, the view of this mountain was quite divine in its own sense; despite such a hot climate, the mountain was covered with snow, and it was way too massive. So seeing it, I was greatly astonished, while others were also quite happy to see this mountain, and soon the cart driver stopped the cart and started to apply something to the tires. Seeing that despite this world having a concept of magic, this world was still using that friction theory, but its way of using it was surely pretty strange. The cart driver just took some sand from nearby ground and applied it on the tires while chanting, and the sand got entangled on the tires, so surely this world has pretty strange things for me to understand, but I had basic knowledge that sand is also used to increase the friction, so maybe it must be something related to that, and as the work of the cart driver finished, he again started riding it. The creature who was pulling our carts was still the same, and he was quite happy on the entire journey, but looking at the side of the mountain, his instincts started to act, and he started to feel the terror of a strange presence. Seeing him this scared, the cart driver gestured towards Ashoka to do something about it. While Ashoka thought for some time, he pulled that creature back while summoning a black cheetah from his collection with a pretty nasty grin and spoke, "This thing won't fear anything; this one was quite fierce in its prime, so better tie him to the carriage, and let's check that place out." Hearing his words, the cart driver nodded while tying the cheetah to pull the carriage. Well, it was quite unreal for me because cheetahs were surely not meant for pulling the carts, but this Ashoka was excited to make a cheetah pull our cart, so I knew that this nasty bastard was not looking for messing around; he was about to pull something off, so I did not even want to doubt him, so I quickly grabbed every part of the cart around me because the cart was about to fly while these other stupids were thinking that I lost it, but who will tell them that they were also about to lose it? But surely Otaku saw me; despite being drunk, he grabbed something around him while others were busy in their talks. So soon the show began, as even the cart driver held his place pretty firmly while the cart started to move, and as I expected, the cart started flying. This world's cheetah was surely no less than our world's cheetah in terms of speed, while the others were just bouncing in the cart, and Ashoka was enjoying it all while laughing at others. Otaku and I were the only ones except Ashoka that were sitting peacefully in the cart, and soon, in less than 3 days, we reached our location at Mount Lona. Well, surely it was a pretty interesting ride because soon after a few hours, everybody adapted to the speed of the cheetah and started again messing with each other. So mostly, we all reached pretty nicely and rolam's eyes were surely pretty interesting when he use them because mostly he keep them close but on this mountain he was opening his eyes momentarily while assessing the mountain and others were also pretty cautious because this area surely had something wrong because there was not a single animal in entire mountain, so mostly the animals were either scared to move here or something was happening with the animals, well but to think that the people were still roaming in this area that only means one thing that something was only targeting animals because the people were living quite normally here, so now it was something that was making it more weird because the animals hold more energy than any human and if something was causing them to be afraid to such limits then surely it must be something terrifying so we started to check the area where the major disturbance was occuring and just like always there was nothing present in that area, so searching it was becoming quite a hassle, while we were sure that there was something in this area only and otaku was confirming that there was nothing wrong with this space, so mostly void magic was also not being used. So it was becoming a real hustle to even think about anything. While we were checking the area, we saw something strange, a hole, more likely a hole dug by a mole, so it was something that was quite unbelievable because there were reasons for it. First, the entire mountain didn't even have a single wild form, so how could a mole come up here? And second, moles don't even like to live in snowy area, so seeing the holes, our lit up because now we knew that where these creeps were messing, So to check it, Ashoka summoned a mole and sent it inside the hole. After much time, the mole didn't respond. Seeing it, Ashoka was also somewhat shocked because he didn't feel that his summon died or something, but still it was not giving him any answers, so mostly it was more insane than we could even think of. So seeing it, Otaku looked at us and spoke, "Hey, how about I help you make this hole bigger without even letting the creator know about this pit?" Hearing his suggestion, we all nodded while he created a barrier around us while we both started to move along the pit. Well, mending the space surely has its own profits. Just now we were getting into the soil without even disturbing anything, so surely I was drooling over this magic also, and Otaku assured me that he will teach me this also, and as we came down, we saw a scene from a hell where the corpses were arranged in a star pattern and there was a high mighty flame in between, and judging by the flame, it must be getting energy from animals and a few dark cloth people who had their eyes swollen and looking like they were about to collapse on the ground. So now seeing this entire thing, Ashoka and others started to pay close attention to it, but Otaku and Nicole were not looking that happy to see it!
