Tatehan left the gym, taking one last look at the equipment and space before stepping back into the corridor. As soon as he crossed the entrance, the wall began to close behind him, metal sliding back into position, sealing seamlessly until no trace remained that anything lay beyond. Within seconds, the wall looked completely solid, indistinguishable from any other section of the ship's interior.
If he hadn't just spent the last hour inside that gym, Tatehan might have questioned whether it was really there at all.
He made his way back to the main cabin, his muscles still warm from the workout, sweat all dotted on his face.
He should probably hit the hygiene station after this, clean up properly, but curiosity and anticipation drove him forward. One more restoration.
