(Aegor's POV)
"Are you satisfied?" I said as I kissed Selene's neck, holding her tightly, "I have now done what you've wished for, my love."
She looked at me with a smile, "Yes." She said, "Thank you, My Prince."
I patted her cheek, "You will be a wonderful mother." I said, "Our child will be beautiful, I am sure of it. There is no need to worry about a thing from now on."
It had been the day after announcing to the King that I was to be a father. Like I expected, he immediately got excited and wanted to celebrate. I told him that I wouldn't mind continuing the Tourney as planned.
I remember Queen Alicent's annoyed gaze when I said that. It was clear she didn't want that due to the potential danger of someone making an attempt on my life. But truthfully, I have no worries or fears when it comes to that.
Not only was Selene with child, but so was Rhaenyra. Just as I had planned, she would bearing Laenor's child. And depending how it all turns out, I will make advances on my plans. I had to make sure that everything goes smoothly, though.
I hugged her, "Hm...." I said, "Might this mean I have to be gentle with you from now on? It is okay, I can handle that."
"Well.....you are My Husband." She said, "I am yours to do as you see fit."
"Ah, don't say that." I kissed her lips briefly, "Making me sound like a monster or something, haha."
She smiled, "I am so happy, Prince Aegor..." She said, "You have no idea."
"Yea, I know." I said, "I know you are."
"W-What would you like?" She asked softly, "What would you like for me to give you? A son or a daughter?"
"Whatever is fine." I told her, "Don't worry. I would love that child, you don't have to worry about that."
"Right..." She said
I leaned down and kissed her chest, "Perhaps after the child is born, I can take you for a ride on my dragon." I said, "How does that sound?"
"That.....ahh~" She said as she hugged my neck, "That sounds lovely."
"Hm....." I said as I rubbed her thighs, "Doesn't it? You are a very beautiful woman. The most beautiful woman, Selene. You make me so happy....."
"I am fortunate to be yours."

"Prince Daemon and my daughter, The Lady Laena will marry." Lord Corlys said as I was sitting down on the Small Council Table, "The wedding will be held soon, Your Grace."
I was called over by the King to the Small Council room, being told that we were going to discuss important things. Daemon didn't seem to be here yet, so I guess we'll wait on him.
"That is good." Uncle said, "I take it you have given Daemon your blessing?"
"Yes, Your Grace." Lord Corlys said as he glanced at me, "It should be known that I do not wish to hear any protests about this."
Uncle frowned, "Why would there be any?"
Corlys glanced at me again, "No reason."
Uncle looked at me and then at Corlys, "Oh, Aegor?" He said, "I don't think Aegor cares that much. He has just announced he is to be a father. Which is wonderful news, Lord Corlys. Both our Houses have many reasons to celebrate; you are to be a grandsire as well."
"Yes, that is true." Corlys nodded, "I have congratulated my son."
I tapped the table with my finger, "Mhm." I said, "That's good."
"Speaking of....." Uncle adjusted himself on his seat, "Rhaenyra has made a request that I have considered carefully. She desires to take residence at Dragonstone soon, which I approve of."
I looked at her, "Is that so?" I said, "Wouldn't you want your grandchild to be born in King's Landing?"
"I think it is more appropriate that the child is born on Dragonstone. It is in fact the place where the Conqueror was born." He said with a slight smile, "It holds great symbolic meaning."
"Hm." I said, "That is true. It is a Targaryen Seat....."
"I think it is a wise move." Corlys nodded
If Rhaenyra is going to reside in Dragonstone, that would makes things more complicated. I wouldn't be able to fuck her that much when her child is born. And even if I go and live there, it would be much harder to hide the fact that she and I are having an affair. Selene would eventually find out, no matter how hard I try to hide it.
This is not something I want.
"Do you disagree with that, Aegor?" Uncle asked, "You have a frown."
"No, Your Grace. I am contemplating your words." I said, "I am not sure if I would like to mimic the Princess's motives, having my firstborn child born in Dragonstone."
"Ah." He said, "Well, give it some thought. I will approve of it should you ask."
I nodded, "Yes." I said, "Thank you."
"Now, where is Daemon?" He asked
I stood up, "I will look for him, worry not."

"What's going on here?" I said as I approached Daemon, who was in front of a brothel, in the middle of the day, "Uncle."
He was scowling at what I assumed was the Lady of the Night, while wearing a cloak, "You best tell your stupid whores not to lie to others, you hear?!" He said, "I will have their tongues ripped out and I will hang them as well."
"M-My Prince." The woman said, "Please, there is no need for threats."
I cleared my throat, "Go back inside." I told the woman, "Now."
She bowed slightly and ran back inside with a hurry.
Daemon looked at me, "What?" He said, "What are you doing here?"
"I was traversing the Street of Silk, contacting my spies to give me information about my issue." I said, "And you?"
He looked to the side, "Nothing."
"Doesn't sound like nothing." He said as he walked past me, "What did you find?"
I followed him, "Essosi travelers have arrived in the city." I said, "There is no doubt that assassins are among them. They are likely to make a move."
"How do you know all of that?" He asked as we walked
"I have a very good source." I said with a slight smirk
"Okay." He said
"You look troubled." I said as I looked at him, "What seems to be the issue?"
"Don't worry about it." He said
"Don't tell me one of the whores you fucked is with child." I said with a chuckle
He stopped and glared at me, "Shut your fucking mouth." he said with an angry tone, "Don't you dare speak of that to anyone."
"Hm." I said, not fazed by his outburst
So it is true.
Prince Daemon is to have a bastard.
This could be used to my favor.
"I see." I said,
"Very well."
