Actually, Soyo wasn't paying any attention to the battle; her mind was entirely on Satoshi.
Or more precisely, on his lips. That first kiss had been too shy, and Satoshi had been asleep, so now her thoughts revolved around how to get a proper kiss without Anon around to interrupt.

Romance-brained Soyo was thoroughly preoccupied with thoughts of love, oblivious to Satoshi's ongoing battle.

"Wea~?!" Weavile swept forward its icy claw, intending to slice through the incoming Water Pulse—but found the wave strangely sturdy, impossible to freeze or cut easily this time.
The two moves clashed fiercely, causing a burst of water droplets to scatter through the air, enveloping the battlefield in a blend of cold mist and ice.
Such incredible power—completely different from before.
Even the shape changed, becoming somewhat similar to Weavile's claw-shaped Ice Punch.
Ayase Eli sensed the immense energy radiating from Frogadier across the field.
Unfortunately, there was no time for deeper thought. While Weavile tangled with Water Pulse, Frogadier had rapidly closed in.

Frogadier swiftly charged toward Weavile, who nimbly dodged the shuriken-shaped Water Pulse using Agility, keeping distance to avoid a direct confrontation. Yet Frogadier persisted, relentlessly pursuing without leaving any gaps.
In this all-out confrontation, Frogadier and Weavile chased and evaded, filling the battle arena with palpable tension. Frogadier repeatedly struck out, but Weavile skillfully evaded each attack, maintaining distance.
"No way, one of the Elite Four is being pressured? Could Satoshi actually win this?"
"He did defeat Team Rocket, after all—having this strength isn't impossible."
The spectators began to buzz, and Anon smiled confidently.
She knew she'd already won the bet.
"Hehe~ How about it, Soyo-san? For the next week, whatever I do with Satoshi, you can't stop me~"

Weavile unleashed a powerful Avalanche, countless chunks of snow crashing from above. But Frogadier relied on its Quick Attack, swiftly evading the falling snow, rapidly closing the distance to Weavile.
"[Ice Punch]!"
"[Cut]!"
"Wea—vile!" "Koga—!"
Just as Frogadier threatened to overwhelm Weavile, it countered with another Ice Punch. This time, Frogadier's Cut changed form—from a white blade-shaped energy to an azure-blue kunai—and it blocked Weavile's right-hand Ice Punch single-handedly.
A crisp clang echoed sharply as icy claws met the blue kunai, creating a spectacular scene.
"But we still have the other hand. Weavile, [Shadow Claw]!"
"We have another hand too! [Cut]!"
Weavile's left hand surged forward with Shadow Claw, black shadows flowing through the air.
Just as Shadow Claw swiftly approached, Frogadier's Cut became incredibly precise. Another azure kunai appeared in its other hand, cleanly parrying both Ice Punch and Shadow Claw simultaneously.
"Blocking a STAB [Ice Punch] single-handedly… Could this Frogadier have [Protean]?"
[Protean]: Changes the Pokémon's type to match the move it uses.
Ayase Eli frowned slightly, but something still felt off.
Mere dual-wielding… something we can easily achieve through bonds alone!
Satoshi's eyes burned fiercely, as trainer and Pokémon—bonded deeply—reached a higher realm together.
First, the shuriken-shaped Water Pulse. Now, kunai-shaped Cut.
Normally, reshaping moves would consume a lot of stamina, yet Satoshi and Frogadier flowed seamlessly, as though one entity.

"Go, Frogadier!"
"Koga!" Frogadier quickly swung the azure kunai-like Cut, launching a powerful attack. This strike hit Weavile squarely, knocking it backward violently onto the ground.
And without granting any time to breathe, Frogadier followed up with another Water Pulse—this time again as an azure-blue shuriken, slicing toward the fallen Weavile.
"Hara-sho (Amazing)… Weavile, [Ice Punch] for defense, [Shadow Claw] to break through!"
Ayase Eli couldn't help but utter a word of praise, quickly snapping back into battle mode.
"Wea~vile!" Weavile burst with strength, its Ice Claw instantly blocking Frogadier's Water Pulse. In the same moment it blocked, Shadow Claw swiftly tore through, splitting the Water Pulse cleanly apart.
