Before getting 100 Shells, Andre already had 20 Shells in his account , yeah 20 Shells what do you think of him? He's country's best assassin , he thought of saving it up for his kid but his ex-boss really got annoyed which led to giving him a S Rank mission and payed him extra so that he won't be too generous and that's just how simply his thinking about saving money changed. It needed to be changed anyways. But of course if Cia ever had asked him for actual money he would just give her knowing her nature even if he didn't got those 100 Shells.
I'll later publish the rankings of few characters in terms of physical skills and mental skills as soon as more and anough characters get introduced properly.
The one on cover is actually Hailing in his teenage form (age 15) and not Ark or anyone else. I'll try making other characters as well.
