Chapter 29: Maya's Feeling 4
The morning sun had barely risen when Maya opened her eyes. Sleep had not claimed her for long , her dreams of how he confessed to Ank and will Ank reject her,how he would react and how he would say this word.
She sat up, starting at the window. A few days , that's all I have.
He clenched his fist.
She had promised herself last night ,she would do something before Ank left. Something that would make him see as someone worthy of standing at his side.Something from inside was helping him to achieve his dream that she made after that incident.
She didn't love Ank just because he saved her .
She already had feelings for Ank but she didn't want to admit it so she used a different way to remove this feeling. She remembers how she teased him for being weak ,how she also laughed at him ,how she was selfish and got irritated easily after seeing Ank to satisfy his ego .
She had guilt for this but she knew Ank had already forgotten his mistreatment and already moved on .
She also thought many times how stupid she was for thinking like these and insulting Ank.
Now she has decided,she will create a future with Ank at any cost but fear of rejection always holds him.
Maya quietly slipped out of bed. She moved through the house with careful steps, making sure not to wake Arthur or Ank. As always, she began with the chores cooking breakfast, cleaning house ,and watering the small garden. Everything she did regularly.
But today , it wasn't enough. Today was the day she will try to gather courage once again to confess to him but was afraid of failing was stopping her.
Now I had to do it, great determination was showing in his eyes. She murmured to himself I will confess to him at lunch.
She wiped out sweat that appeared in forward for doing hard work , tied her hair tighter, and walked out behind the house entering the backyard.
Her wooden sword leaned against the wall where she had left it the previous. She picked it up, feeling the familiar weight in her hands.
Arthur had taught her the basics. Enough to defend herself, enough to survive. But she never made enough focus on swordsmanship,his main focus was always on his spells .
She lifted the wooden sword from the ground , raised the sword upward , and began to move.
After practicing one hour, her strength began to lose.
she dropped the wooden sword and raised her hands instead.
She whispered the words for the spell, Energy blast and power ball created of mana came into hand and he shot towards the sky.
Explosions occurred ,she didn't stop here she cast the same spell multiple times until his mana diminished.
She had learned five spells in the past year ,memorized them, mastered them, and even practiced casting without words.
Still, it wasn't enough.
The image of Ank protecting her in the mountain , the thought of him leaving ,walking into dangers beyond her reach ,sent a fresh wave of fear through her.I will not let Ank in danger again.
"I'll catch up," she whispered. Her voice shook, but her eyes blazed. "I don't care what it takes , I'll reach him."
The days were slipping away, and she would not waste a single one.
Fate was coming for him. But when that day came, she swore she would be ready.
I will not leave him at any cost.

In vast space ,
Creation was sitting on his throne watching Ank daily life and she was happy that she finally found someone but loved his Ank.
She summoned a device like a mortal phone and she quickly unlocked the screen, scrolling through a list of messages. At last, he opened a chat group. The name of chat group was

The group was made by twenty goddesses that like Ank and waste all day watching Ank activities.
[Pride]: Creation ,how much will Ank struggle,I didn't want him to like this.
[Sloth]: I know ,I always feel the same.
[Charity]: If only destruction didn't create this system,our Ank will already have its full power.
