Chapter 65: Prepare for War
Two armies stood face to face for a clash. The first army consisted of millions of stone plant monsters that kept coming from the portal and came from different planets to invade this planet.
On the other side, an army consisted of billions of people standing to protect the planet from their invasion.
It consisted of humans, demihumans, and monsters, and they all came to protect their planet on the order of the Diamond Heart Continent Emperor.
Four figures came first from the stone plant monsters, standing in front of their army. They were the commanders.
One scout from the stone plant monsters came toward the mighty army of the Diamond Heart Continent and stood in front of one of the Diamond Heart commanders.
He said in an arrogant tone, "We need to talk. Our king wants to talk with your leader. Our king wants to give all of you a final offer so you can surrender easily." He was doing this intentionally to insult all of them.
They all knew war was going to happen, but the plant monsters always gave an offer first. If the planet rejected their offer, then the war would start.
The sixth commander, Kalieth of the Diamond Heart Continent, also known as the most intelligent commander, but that did not mean he was not strong, was powerful enough to destroy several mountains in one blow. He already understood what the scout was trying to achieve and politely said, "We will talk, but we have one condition. If you cannot agree with our condition, your king will not be able to talk to our Emperor."
The stone plant scout narrowed his eyes and said, "What is your condition?"
"Our condition is that you have to use this device for the talk." Then a soldier came and gave a small box to Commander Kalieth.
The stone plant scout thought for a second and said, "I will accept this condition," and watched Commander Kalieth's face to see if it changed after hearing this.
To his surprise, Kalieth had the same expression. He did not show any change in his facial expression. He threw the small box to the stone plant scout and once again repeated, "Take this and give it to your king. Through this, your emperor will talk to us."
The Emperor already knew about their pattern. SHO had already given him details about what stone plant armies do when they invade planets. So he had prepared everything. He also had curiosity, and it was important that they knew the motivation behind their invasion.
After that, the stone plant monster scout returned to their base to give the box to the king.
The box was a hologram projector and also had a hidden status measuring device, so the emperors could know how powerful the stone plant monster army was.
Now Kalieth had completed one task that the Emperor gave him and was waiting for the reinforcements, so they could start their advance.
One soldier from the army said to the commander, "Why are we waiting?" He was impatient that they were just standing and doing nothing.
"Their monster army is coming from the portal. If we start attacking them first, they will lose."
"Our numbers are in billions, and their monster army is in millions, so this is our advantage."
When the commander heard this, he started laughing. "Why do you think they are only in millions?"
Another soldier replied, "Because our radar only detects millions of monsters, and keeps coming from the portal."
"You are mistaken, my friend. Their army is also in the billions, but for some reason, half of their army is hidden or missing, so we cannot be reckless."
"And when we were coming here, we saw many corpses of these monsters, and from my estimate, they were at least in the hundreds of millions. The information we received was that they were not their main force."
"So they are holding their power to make us think that we are more powerful than them. So my friends, what will you say after this? Remember, if we attack without thinking and they have a hidden card and summon their army at any moment while we are not prepared for their attack, we will lose miserably."
"And in my opinion, they are expecting our first move so they can take advantage of us."
"And I like your attitude but remember this is war ,one wrong move millions of would die instantly and the Emperor did not want any of them to die ".
Every soldier who heard this had a complicated expression on their face. They clearly understood that what they were thinking before was foolish.
But commander ,In war dying millions to save billions is a good decision in my opinion,if we die our family would save .
The commander knew what he was talking about.
"I agree with our words but remember ,if you die protecting the planet".
"What would happen to your family".
"The Emperor would surely provide everything they needed but they lost you".
"So think carefully about what they need".
" I am not saying dying for planet was bad things but why I give order that would kill my soldiers "
After replying to the soldiers, he returned to his tent to join the meeting that was going to happen sometime after the Emperor's meeting with the Stone Plant Monster King ended.
What was their next move? He did not even know that.
But he could feel something big was going to happen.
