Chapter135 : Feelings 2
"Hello, Ank what are you doing here, on a planet like this, and if I am not mistaken you were supposed to have already left to kill that bastard brother of that bitch," the man said while standing in front of him, his voice carrying both mockery and curiosity as if he already knew the answer but still wanted to hear it directly from Ank himself.
"I already heard what you did with that bitch," he continued, his lips curling into a cold smile as he tightened his grip on the sword in his hand, "and if I were in your place I would have tortured her soul for eternity, broken her existence piece by piece, but you…you only took her powers and divinity, and then threw her into a planet filled with monsters and mortals who are even more dangerous than monsters themselves."
Ank stood there silently for a moment, his long white hair moving gently with the wind while his eyes slowly shifted from their calm shade into a faint glowing yellow, and then a small smile appeared on his face as he replied, "So you already heard about this," his tone light as if they were discussing something trivial rather than the destruction of a god.
"Of course," the man replied without hesitation, his black hair stained with blood, his sword resting casually in his hand while his black eyes remained fixed on Ank, "everyone has already heard about it, and most of them believe that this time you have gone too far."
"Oh!" Ank let out a soft sound, his smile not fading, as if the judgment of others meant nothing to him.
"Yes, and I agree with them," the man added, his voice losing its mocking tone and becoming slightly more serious, "I hate her too, I call her a bitch just like you do, but even then I cannot deny that she was a good woman, she cared about her planet, she used her power to protect it instead of abusing it, and even though I hate her attitude, she never misused her strength.
So I will not question why you did this to her, what you did to her, because it was your decision, but I was still surprised that you did not just destroy her, you destroyed the entire planet she lived on."
Ank's expression did not change, and his voice remained calm as he replied, "she knew what would happen if she tried to block my path, still she tried" as if the destruction of billions of lives was nothing more than a consequence that had already been decided.
The man's grip on his sword tightened slightly as he asked, "So you do not feel guilty at all for killing billions of people just because of one small mistake, do you," his tone sharp, as if he was testing Ank's reaction.
"Enough," Ank said suddenly, his voice turning cold as his eyes narrowed slightly, "I did not come here to talk about that."
The man exhaled slowly before asking,
"Then why are you here?"
"I came here to destroy this planet," Ank replied without hesitation, his voice steady and emotionless.
For a moment, the man froze, and then his expression changed completely as he shouted, "What!, you cannot do this," his voice filled with urgency and disbelief.
"Why?" Ank asked, his eyes narrowing further as he looked directly at him, clearly annoyed by the interruption.
"This is… " the man hesitated for a second before continuing, "I am listening, speak fast," Ank said, cutting him off impatiently.
"Fine," the man said, forcing himself to stay calm, "but first remove your aura, it is already starting to destroy the forests around us, and if you continue like this there will be nothing left even before you make your move."
Ank remained silent for a moment before slightly suppressing his aura, though the pressure in the surroundings did not disappear completely.
"This planet…" the man continued, his tone softer now, "is the home of a girl that I found interesting, she has been helping her village grow, protecting people, improving their lives, and I came here because I wanted to support her, so now that you understand the situation, can you leave this planet?"
Ank looked at him for a moment before replying simply, "No."
"I have already claimed this planet, and it lies on my path, so I will destroy it," he added, his tone making it clear that his decision was final.
"You!" the man shouted again, unable to control his frustration, "this is a low rank planet, why are you so determined to destroy it, what could possibly be here that makes you so persistent?"
"Because her brother is hiding on this planet," Ank replied calmly, "and I have already blocked all paths of escape, so he cannot leave."
The man fell silent for a moment before Ank spoke again, his voice still not showing any emotions, " Leave this planet and take your girl along with the villagers, I will give you ten hours."
"Ank, you! " the man started, but Ank interrupted him.
"What?" Ank asked, his expression unchanged.
"I am already being generous by giving you time, so make good use of it," Ank said before stepping into the air, preparing to leave as if the conversation was already over.
But the man quickly stepped forward and stopped him again.
"Ank, listen," he said, his tone now serious, "what if I give you an offer. Something that you cannot refuse, will you leave this planet then?"
Ank paused mid air, then slowly turned his head toward him, a faint smile appearing on his face as interest flickered in his eyes.
"Interesting," he said, "first let me hear the offer, then I will decide whether I should leave this planet or not."
"Bastard " the man muttered under his breath before looking up at him again.
"You and I both know that I only have one thing to offer you, and you will accept it, so why are you acting like this," he said, his tone filled with frustration.
Ank smiled slightly, clearly amused by his reaction.
"Start talking, I am listening," he said calmly.
As soon as he said that, a table appeared in the air between them, perfectly formed as if it had always existed there, followed by two chairs that positioned themselves on either side, and then two cups of tea materialized on the table, steam rising gently from them as if inviting both of them to sit and continue their negotiation in a more civilized manner.
Ank slowly took a seat, his posture relaxed, as if he had all the time in the world, while the man stood there for a moment before letting out a small sigh and sitting down as well.
Because he understood that this conversation was far from over, and whatever he was about to offer would determine not only the fate of this planet, but also the direction of his own life.
The wind moved quietly around them, the sky above still carrying the pressure of Ank's presence, while far below, the forests trembled under the lingering aura that refused to completely fade, and in that moment, between destruction and negotiation, between power and desperation.
Both of them sat across from each other, knowing that the next few words spoken here would decide everything that followed.
