*BANG*
With a loud thud, the chubby boy smashed his head on road. He was a short, fat, black haired Korean boy wearing glasses.
Not too far from him was an ambulance that was speeding ahead. The situation Inside the ambulance was not pleasant at all.
A tall and handsome black haired boy laid on the stretcher, covered in blood. The doctors began preparing the defibrillator to start the boy's stopped heart.
Back on the road, the chubby boy continued to smash his head against the asphalt with a single thought.
'Wake up, Daniel park!'
BANG!
Inside the ambulance, the shock went through the boy's body, making his upper body jump up for a moment.
BANG!
'WAKE UP!'
With the next stop, the machine began to beep, signaling the return of the boy's heartbeat.
Outside in the street, the chubby boy laid unconscious, dreaming, in what felt like ages. The boy's name was Daniel park. The one who possessed two bodies.
After transferring to Seoul to start over, Daniel park somehow found a body inside his small house, discovering that he could switch consciousness between the two bodies through sleeping.
The second body was the definition of perfection. Handsome, tall, charismatic and most of all, extremely strong. Something that Daniel won't figure out for quite a while, and thus, the reason for his current predicament.
After helping his friend jiho, who had his account stolen and misused. Jiho went to the person who did it and tried to kill him but failed miserably.
Before anything too bad could happen, Daniel in his second body arrived to help only to get pushed out of the window of the 3rd floor by jiho.
Now, Daniel dreamt of his second body walking into the class with a crutch. Greeting his friends and offering to treat them. Daniel aswell, who was in his original body.
'Th-that! That's not me!'
He thought, looking at the second body walking away with Daniel's friends and giving him an evil grin. Daniel's eyes flew open as he looked at the morning sky, snow falling on his face.
In the original universe, Daniel would go to the hospital to check his body and find out about James lee on his own. But this time, something else wanted him to go.
Infront of his face, a blue digital holographic screen was floating with words written on it.
[Would you like to begin the quest?]
[Yes] [No]
The baffled boy stared at the screen floating infront of his face. His mind raced through many explanations.
Maybe he was hallucinating from hitting his head so many times?
Maybe it has something to do with the second body?
Or maybe he was simply going insane. But there was this small, hopeful feeling in his chest. He did not know why, but something deep inside him rose and before he could even think about it, his lips moved.
"Y-yes."
And as if the world paused only to look at him, the window changed.
[Generating quest! A tutorial quest is being created!]
[Tutorial quest]
[Find your second body]
[Rewards:

"...huh?"
That was all that came out of his mouth, staring at the screen as if he had seen a truck approaching.... well, because it was.
A truck was speeding straight toward him with its driver asleep. Panic gripped him as he shakily tried to get up but fell back down.
[Sudden quest created]
[Survive the truck-kun]

"A-aaa-aaaaaghhhhhh!!!!!"
The system prompts went completely unnoticed as Daniel's mind was consumed with the fear of getting hit by this wannabe asgore.
Daniel, not trusting his legs, crawled as fast as he could thanking vasco for training him and surprisingly logan, for bullying him and making him crawl on the floor.
He moved his palms and knees as fast as he could, pushing and rolling to get out of the path of the truck.
He pushed all the leftover strength in his body into his arms and legs and with everything he had, jumped to the side of the road, missing the truck by a hair's length.
He laid there. Gasping like he was about to cough out his lungs. His heartbeat thundered in his chest and his limbs shook. Tears were flowing out of his eyes and sobbed quietly on the footpath.
"I-I al-almo-st d-d-died...."
His voice came out trembling as he remained on the sidewalk for some time.
After getting his his breath back and remembering about his second body, he shakily got up on shaking legs and began to slowly walk in the direction of the hospital.
He had only taken a few wobbly steps forward when the same blue screen lit up in front of him with a new message.
[Sudden quest completed!]
[Rewards have been granted!]
[Would you like to reveal the bronze card?]
[Yes] [No]
[Would you like to reveal the gold card?]
[Yes] [No]
Daniel stared at the message, blinking rapidly. He had not seen the quest prompt since he was more focused on surviving so it came to him as a surprise.
He stood there for a moment thinking. Then began to walk, ignoring the floating pane as it disappeared just as it appeared.
'I don't know anything what this thing is, or if its even real. My second body is more important right now. I'll see what this I'd after finding my second body.'
Unknown to Daniel park, he would soon learn that his second body isn't his only concern, Afterall, an entity beyond his knowledge has taken an interest in him and his growth.
