In a certain farm, the arrogant and sinister-looking Clyde Mardon stared coldly at the uninvited guest in front of him.
This person seemed to be in a state of high-speed vibration all over, like a mosaic, a blur, completely unclear what he looked like.
This strangeness made Clyde Mardon, who was a bit carried away by gaining superpowers, feel immense pressure.
"Who are You!"
He spoke in a deep voice, spreading his arms, his palms facing down, secretly building up power, ready to strike directly if he felt something was wrong.
"You are going to die."
The uninvited guest spoke. Because of the high-speed vibration, his voice also vibrated, making him appear even more mysterious.
Clyde Mardon sneered, suddenly raised his arms, and pushed hard, and a Storm instantly rolled out.
"Too slow—"
Clyde Mardon was suddenly shocked. In the direction in front of him, where the Storm swept, there was no sign of the uninvited guest.
"Puff!"
Clyde Mardon spat out blood and crashed heavily against the wooden wall of the farm.
The immense force bounced him back the moment he hit it. Just as he was about to fall, a hand suddenly grabbed his neck from behind, forcibly stopping his fall and making him stand straight.
He felt a chill down his spine, and the fear of Death surged into his heart.
"You're about to die. I... can save you."
Clyde Mardon was stunned and tentatively asked, "Aren't you... aren't you trying to kill me?"
"If you don't want to die, make a wish to me."
A wish?
How do I make a wish?
Clyde Mardon wanted to ask further, but suddenly felt his neck lighten. The hand that was gripping his neck was gone.
He turned his head sharply. The unwelcome guest behind him was also gone.
Looking around, there was no sound of anyone else on the farm at all, as if the unwelcome guest had never appeared.
Clyde Mardon subconsciously touched his neck, his expression extremely grim.
Evening.
Samuel bought movie tickets, held a bouquet of flowers, and arrived at Star Labs.
As expected, Barry Allen was also there.
Samuel gave the flowers to Caitlin and received a fragrant kiss: "Ready to go?"
Caitlin glanced at Cisco and Barry Allen, and said apologetically to Samuel, "Sorry, we might have to go to the movie a little later. Here's what happened..."
Barry Allen brought back nine months of cold cases from the police station and found that the number of unexplained Deaths and disappearances had increased sharply, suspecting they were all related to metahumans.
That wasn't the main point. The main point was that Barry Allen wanted them to help him catch Mardon and other villains like her.
Cisco naturally agreed with both hands and feet, and even prepared a red protective suit originally designed for firefighters for Barry Allen, which was the Flash's first suit.
Caitlin also chose to join.
They were currently looking for Clyde Mardon's hiding place, or to be precise, they had already found it.
Holding a tablet, Caitlin said somewhat proudly, "I reset Star Labs' satellite to track abnormal weather changes in the city. We just received a signal where the atmospheric pressure dropped by 20 millibars in seconds. I tracked this signal to a farm on the west side of the city!"
Clearly, this should be Clyde Mardon's hiding place!
West side of the city, the farm.
Joe West and his partner Eddie, who were also tracking Clyde Mardon, drove here.
"I don't think Mardon is still alive, but if he really isn't dead, this is the last hiding place for him and his brother."
"Let's go."
Joe West and Eddie walked through the open farm gate with their guns drawn and saw Mardon facing away from them.
"Mardon?"
"Stand still, hands on your head!"
Clyde Mardon tilted his head slightly, his voice hoarse: "You caught me. On that stormy night after the Star Labs explosion, after our plane crashed, I woke up on the ground and found myself alive."
"When I discovered my abilities, I understood."
"I am God!"
Clyde Mardon slowly raised his hands, turned around, and stared coldly at the two: "You think you can kill me? Lies, everything he said is a lie. I won't fall for it!"
Joe West and Eddie exchanged glances. What was Clyde Mardon saying? Who was trying to kill him? Who was that 'he' he was talking about?
This guy seemed a little mentally unstable!
Just as the two put down their guns and prepared to control Clyde Mardon, Clyde Mardon suddenly swung his arms and pushed hard.
A gust of wind instantly blasted Joe West and Eddie away. After landing, Joe West grunted and looked at the unconscious Eddie.
This Clyde Mardon could actually control the weather. Barry... was telling the truth!
"Do you think your guns can stop God?" Clyde Mardon roared excitedly.
Joe West shouted: "Why would God rob a bank?"
"That's right."
"My thinking was too narrow."
Clyde Mardon lowered his head and activated his ability. In an instant, clouds of mist rotated around him, intensifying and growing larger.
The mist enveloped Clyde Mardon, and the rapid rotation gradually turned it into a massive tornado.
The roof of the farm was blown off. The tornado shot straight into the sky and moved with Clyde Mardon's movements.
...
Joe West dragged the unconscious Eddie out of the farm. The aftermath of the tornado directly hit them against the car. Immediately after, a piece of the roof that had been swept up fell towards them.
Joe West subconsciously raised his arm. Immediately after, a fleeting golden light directly knocked away the falling roof.
Barry Allen, wearing a red suit, rolled on the ground a few times and stood up unharmed.
"Barry, Barry, that thing's wind speed is up to two hundred miles per hour and it's still increasing. Barry, can you hear me?"
Cisco's voice came through the earpiece. Barry Allen pressed the earpiece and shouted over the howling wind, "Heard you, loud and clear."
"If the wind speed continues to increase, it will form an F5 tornado, which is a super tornado, with immense destructive power!"
Barry Allen looked at the terrifying and spectacular tornado: "He's moving towards the city. How do I stop him, guys."
In Star Labs, Cisco and Caitlin exchanged glances, speechless. They had no experience dealing with this kind of situation and couldn't come up with any effective suggestions for a while.
"You can dismantle it."
Samuel came to another microphone and, under the surprised gaze of Cisco and Caitlin, said calmly and forcefully, "You run around it in the opposite direction. As long as you reach seven hundred miles per hour, you can handle it."
Seven hundred miles?
This meant his speed had to be two or three times faster than during the previous test to do it!
