The few missing persons mentioned by Dr. Harrison Wells are actually not simple in the comics.
Grant Emerson, codename Nuklon, is a member of the Justice Society of America and the son of the original Atom. His ability allows him to become a living biochemical reactor, constantly absorbing, accumulating, and generating energy.
His most impressive feat was creating the Big Bang during the Zero Hour crisis event, becoming the spark that rebooted the Universe, allowing the new Universe to evolve along the original timeline and follow nature.
Will Everett, Bell, codename Amazing-Man (original), his ability is somewhat similar to Marvel's Absorbing Man next door. He can quickly acquire and imitate the properties of any substance he touches.
Simply put, if he touches steel, his body can turn into steel; if he touches gold, his body can turn into gold.
Beatriz Da Costa, codename Fire, is the emerald flame goddess in front of us who is teamed up with Killer Frost to battle Echo and Deathstorm.

Killer Frost shrugged and leaned closer to Samuel, "That depends on my Master's intentions."

Everyone looked at Samuel. The title 'Master' meant that he had completely subdued Killer Frost.
