Astrid thought about it for several seconds, then her eyes sharpened with understanding. "I get it now. So let us hurry this up before there is a massive uproar across the continent about me being disappeared."
She turned away from Jax and channeled mana into the dimensional ring on her finger, an artifact designed to store and retrieve items through a small portal. A tiny rift opened and her hand reached inside to pull something out.
Jax immediately raised an eyebrow. "What exactly do you think you are doing?"
She turned her head toward him, proudly holding up a copper bottle. "I am doing exactly what you told me. Pouring water to make my... umm... weapon wet. Do not worry, I have plenty. So once I am finished I will lend you the rest. That way we do not need to leave this domain just to go searching for water."
Her face radiated pure tactical pride.
