Her wings were dissolving—the massive demon wings crumbling to purple-black smoke that dissipated in the wind.
Her scales were vanishing—the obsidian-black armor fading back into purple flesh.
Her blade-arms were retracting—the corruption weapons pulling back into her forearms as normal hands.
Her tail was shrinking—the ten-foot appendage reducing to nothing.
Her true demon lord form was dispelling.
Because she had no corruption magic left to sustain it.
Her transformation reversed rapidly, her thirteen-foot height reducing to ten feet, nine feet, eight feet—back to her "normal" demon lord appearance of eight feet tall with purple skin and glowing eyes.
But even that was fading.
