Pain ignored Eneru's garrulousness. Pulling Eneru down was for the purpose of killing him to obtain the Rumble-Rumble Fruit. Pain was never a man of many words.
He also disliked verbose people. Seeing that Eneru, the chatterbox, still wanted to prattle on, Pain controlled the Preta Path and Human Path to directly attack.
