Previously, Michael had planned to acquire 54% shares of Vanguard Corporation. As a result, he needed to acquire at least 40% of the shares.
But unfortunately, he was only able to convince official holders, which made it that he could acquire 32% of the shares. Adrian saying all this was just a reminder to Michael, as he already knew about Michael's previous plan.
But even then, Michael wasn't deterred. With 32% of the shares, plus his own shares, that would make it 46% of the shares of Vanguard corporation.
The remaining 54% shares required a total of $39.96 billion in order to be able to acquire them. If that was converted into SP, that would be equivalent to 399,600 points, something that Michael could afford.
"No worries about that. I can acquire the remainder of the shares in another way. Just focus on acquiring 32% of the shares that you have already come to an agreement with.
