The person who was calling him was none other than Kate. This was kind of unexpected to Michael, as she was calling him with her own number.
Despite the surprise, he still received the call, "Hey, have they given you another break already?"
"No, they did not, but they gave us the permission to call those that we care about. But of course, there are restrictions." Kate responded.
"Oh, I see. And by the way, how are things there? Did everything go well?" Michael asked as he nodded.
"About that, thank you. Everything went well, and there are a lot of questions that I would like to ask, but I can't bring myself to do it. Anyway, I hope that when I come back to see you, I will be able to know more about you." Kate said gratefully.
"I already know what you want to ask, but don't worry, I will definitely give you some answers. While I cannot promise to tell you everything, I will definitely make you understand some of the things that might be troubling you." Michael said in return.
