Elizabeth wasn't really that much surprised when she heard Michael's response. After all, at this age, it was kind of expected.
Nowadays, it was quite easy to find even those teenagers that were just 12 or even 10 years old, already in a relationship. While there was a limit to what they could do in the relationship, it was still a relationship nonetheless.
So, it was not that strange to Elizabeth that Michael was already in a relationship, as he was already 18. And considering that Cynthia had passed away over 4 years ago, this was kind of to be expected.
And judging from Michael's reaction, it was clear that Cynthia had never informed him about anything like this.
"Well, it is a pity. Regardless, if you ever change your mind, you can always come looking for me in the capital. I can arrange for a meeting between the two of you." In the end, Elizabeth could only sigh.
