"You're lucky you don't need to get stitches on this bite." Serena mused as she began putting on the herbal paste Davis had made for her on Theo's wounds. "How long has it been bleeding like this?"
Theo let out a hiss of pain as she covered the bite wound on his shoulder before he replied, "It's been bleeding on and off… You seriously need to stop worrying. I'm not going to die from injuries like this."
"That's what they all say…" Serena muttered before letting out a sigh. She was quiet for a moment as she worked before she asked, "Have you told Elder Samuel about the rootless beastmen?"
Because those two rootless beastmen that Theo encountered might not be the only ones lingering around the forest. There could be more around and the village needed to be put on alert.
Maybe she should set a few traps around the village. She'd been putting that off, not wanting any of the villagers to accidentally stumble into one of her traps. That would end in death.
