Chapter 235 - Cap.220 - Change in Kimimaro

Afro wasn't having fun, or rather, he was having a lot of fun, but he was losing ground rapidly. Kimimaro's movements were extremely fast, so fast they were barely visible. Afro had to rely on pure instinct to fight.

He loved it, even though his face still retained that same serious expression as always.

Each exchange of blows was followed by a metallic sound, the sword against bone as hard as steel.

Again and again, Kimimaro wasn't taking this lightly either, he was also enjoying the fight quite a bit and hoped Pakura could hold off Toji for a while.

However, when he saw Toji return calmly, he separated from Afro and looked at his figure.

His clothes were burned, but his skin was smooth, Toji looked perfectly fine, which meant Pakura wasn't.

Kimimaro wasn't worried about Pakura, he wasn't close to her, and even if she died, he wouldn't even blink.

The problem was that he still had Jugo-sama's mission to complete.

Sighing, finding himself in a two-against-one situation, he was prepared to enlist Saiken's help.

However, the next moment, he was dragged into a room, the same one as Pakura. He also seemed to have forgotten what he had been doing just moments before, but his brow furrowed. He sensed that something was wrong, but he couldn't quite put his finger on what it was.

However, when Pakura appeared naked in front of him, Kimimaro was initially confused, but the next moment, a warm feeling spread through him like wildfire.

Influencing Kimimaro's emotions was far more difficult than influencing Pakura's, but Toji only needed to apply more chakra. In the end, with a red face, Kimimaro was dragged to the bed.

Outside, Afro stared blankly at Kimimaro's figure, groaning on the ground with a flushed face.

He turned his gaze to Toji, who was smiling obscenely. His expression didn't change much, but his grip on the sword tightened. He couldn't help but say. - If you use that on me, I'll kill you.

Toji looked at him mockingly, clearly and fiercely doubting whether Afro would be able to keep his promise. Afro also knew it was just words, he looked away and pretended not to have seen it.

He sheathed his sword, he wouldn't kill a fallen enemy, especially since he wasn't the one who caused him to fall. He was a little annoyed that Toji had interfered in his fight, but he knew him well enough to know that even if he complained, Toji would just shrug with that irritating smile.

So he simply ignored the idiot.

Toji watched Kimimaro, the seal inside him was constantly pulsing, trying to wake Kimimaro up. Unfortunately, Saiken couldn't remove that genjutsu.

Toji let out another wicked chuckle before leaving, he wasn't worried about Pakura and Kimimaro, there was still a Snake Clone nearby to keep an eye on them.

He turned around, followed by Afro, and left soon after.

He was a really good friend, Kimimaro must be having a lot of fun at this point, Toji hummed a little tune as he walked, in a good mood.

Afro took two steps back from Toji, his expression unchanged, but he sensed that Toji had probably done something to that pair, for him to be in such a good mood. Nothing good could have come of it, Afro had spent enough time with Toji to know that this idiot was rarely in such a good mood, unless someone else was suffering.

Hours later, Kimimaro woke up first, perhaps Saiken's help in trying to free him sped up the process.

Breathing heavily, his body sweating, he suddenly lifted his torso, his eyes wide with shock.

That wasn't a dream, he was sure of it, he remembered everything, incredibly vivid, even his senses were perfect.

Therefore, Kimimaro was feeling completely strange right now. As a virgin who had never thought about the issues of men and women before, Kimimaro felt an incredibly contradictory feeling at that moment.

There was fear because of how easily he had fallen into it, but there was also longing, a desire to be able to feel that feeling again.

This contradiction only made him more confused.

Furthermore, the 'female protagonist' of the dream, Pakura... Kimimaro had never thought of Pakura like that before, but at that moment, while he still felt ashamed and wanted to find a hole to bury himself in, he remembered Jugo-sama's request.

Well, although Pakura isn't as strong as him, she's still quite strong, right?

He could try again later, fighting her once would give him a good basis to find out if she would be a good breeder.

Kimimaro went from embarrassed and irritated to thoughtful so quickly that Saiken, monitoring his inner feelings, sensed confusion, however, seeing that Kimimaro was alright, the Bijuu could only let it go.

Kimimaro got up and went to look for Pakura. As for Toji and Afro, they had left a long time ago. He didn't know why they hadn't killed him, but he needed to confirm that Pakura was alright first.

Kimimaro didn't notice the change in his thinking, normally, his first thought would be to look for clues and pursue them, but now his first thought was to find Pakura.

The Snake Clone, observing all this from the darkness, nodded with satisfaction.

Fortunately, Kimimaro isn't that dense, Jugo couldn't do the same thing as Toji without affecting his progress on the path of 'containment,' but he didn't need to. Toji thought of it on his own, so it had nothing to do with him.

Overall, Jugo was very pleased with this result, hoping that the pair could connect sooner.

Jugo even considered sending Sasuke on a mission with some girl to go after Toji as well.
