Kash had walked out.
After everything was settled, his mother was crying, but thankfully he did not try to stop them.
Of course, I knew she was trying to cry and do the same things she always did, trying to look miserable and all that shit.
But thankfully, it did not work. Kash did not stop them. He simply gave his decision and walked away.
I rushed after him into the room to see what kind of mood he was in, afraid he might suddenly be angry about everything.
However, he was not.
He gave me a smile and gestured for me to help him with his clothes.
I quickly got up and handed him his shorts and the black shirt I knew he liked to wear for comfort.
"I'm so sorry," I whispered, standing behind him and pouting.
He turned around and gave me a confused look.
"Sorry for what?" he asked in the sweetest, calmest tone.
"Because of me, all this is happening. I wondered if you think I am the reason your family is going through so much," I uttered, still pouting as I watched him.
