Naruto announced on the spot: "Since we graduated on Friday, today is Saturday."
"We'll assemble today — I'm just here to deliver this schedule to you."
"Then~"
"Disband!"
Sasuke, Sakura: "Huh?"
Sasuke quickly said, "Naruto, don't you think this is a bit too much?"
Naruto stopped walking and asked doubtfully, "Too much? How so?"
Sasuke: "..."
As a ninja…
You only do one mission a week?
And it's still "see if there's any mission I feel like doing"?
So basically, if there's nothing interesting — you just don't do it?
Secondly…
Only one day of training per week?
Doesn't he know most people wish they could squeeze two days' worth of training into one?
And he's spending three days a week just hanging out…
And two days doing "dual cultivation"? (What kind of schedule is this?)
Damn it~
Are you trying to run a company here???
"Listen, Sasuke," Naruto said, patting him on the shoulder with a serious face. "Power has to be built step by step. I made this loose schedule just to give you more time to train on your own."
Sasuke gave Naruto a skeptical look.
He could tell Naruto was lying — but had no proof.
Naruto then turned his gaze toward Sakura, his little crush.
An idea popped into his head.
"How about this?" Naruto said. "Let's vote — majority wins."
"What do you think, Sasuke?"
With Sakura here, Naruto was confident he'd win for sure.
Sasuke, of course, knew exactly what Naruto was planning. He stepped back and said, "Naruto, I can accept your schedule, but when you train, you have to call me."
Even now, Sasuke was obsessed with Naruto's mysterious "training methods."
Naruto knew that if he didn't compromise, Sasuke would keep pestering him.
He thought for a moment, then nodded. "Alright. You can come watch when I train."
"Also, the missions we take every week should be at least C-rank. That way, we can gain real combat experience."
"And every Tuesday and Thursday, I'll give you a chance to challenge me."
"That way, you can learn from your failures and improve."
"How about that?"
The workload was still light, but much better than before.
Of course Sasuke agreed — though deep down, he was annoyed.
Learn from failure? Then fix your shortcomings?
Naruto really made it sound like he'd always be the one winning!
But Sasuke didn't argue.
He silently swore that one day, he'd surpass Uzumaki Naruto.
Then he'd make Naruto learn from failure instead…
Sakura, meanwhile, was smiling sweetly at Naruto.
Seeing this, Naruto asked, "Sakura-chan, do you agree?"
"Ah?" Sakura blinked, caught off guard. "Agree with what? What are we talking about? If it's what Naruto said, then I agree!"
Naruto, Sasuke: "..."
Good grief.
You don't even know what we're voting on, do you?
"Alright, meeting dismissed!" Naruto announced, turning to leave.
But after a few steps, he heard footsteps behind him.
When he looked back, Sasuke and Sakura were still following him.
Sasuke said calmly, "You're definitely going to train, right? I'm coming to observe."
Sakura scratched her head. "I've got nothing to do, so I'll just tag along."
Naruto: "..."
It was Saturday.
According to Naruto's schedule, today was rest day.
Still, he didn't bother explaining anything to them.
Sasuke thought Naruto was secretly training in private — trying to stay ahead.
And Sakura was… well, just being her usual lovestruck self.
Instead of going home, Naruto bought some gifts and went to visit Iruka.
By noon, Naruto and Iruka were sitting in Ichiraku Ramen.
"Ramen's ready" Ayame said cheerfully, placing the bowls in front of them. She patted Naruto on the head. "Little Naruto's gotten even cuter lately"
After eating, Naruto paid the bill first.
He sent Iruka home, then returned to his apartment.
Sasuke, who had been watching from afar, was ready.
When Naruto got home, Sasuke grew excited.
He's finally going to train!
But what Sasuke didn't expect was…
Naruto went straight to bed.
He napped.
For two full hours!
When Naruto finally woke up, he stretched, yawned, and went out again.
In the afternoon, he went to visit Hinata.
Hinata's team, led by Kurenai Yuhi, was on a D-rank mission — catching cats.
Naruto spent the whole afternoon hanging out with Team 8.
Sasuke was speechless.
He finally realized… Naruto wasn't pretending to be lazy — he really was lazy.
And somehow, he was still this strong.
Was it pure talent? His bloodline?
This wasn't normal…
By evening, Sasuke gave up and went home.
Sakura was also bored — Naruto spent all his time chatting with Hinata, leaving her no chance to butt in.
And just like that, Saturday was over.
Sunday.
Sasuke woke up early.
"Naruto has to be training today."
"He definitely is!"
"Someone that strong — if he doesn't train, his power will regress!"
With that thought, Sasuke went straight to Naruto's house.
Through the window, he saw Naruto… still asleep.
When it was almost morning, Naruto finally woke up — and started stretching.
Then he brushed his teeth, did laundry, ate breakfast, and got ready to go out.
When he stepped outside, he spotted Sasuke waiting.
"Huh? Sasuke? Shouldn't you be training at home?" Naruto asked.
Sasuke clenched his fists. "Are you really not training?"
Naruto shrugged. "I already told you the truth — you just don't believe me."
"Anyway, Hinata doesn't have a mission today. We're going shopping and watching a movie."
"You don't want to play third wheel, do you, Sasuke?"
Sasuke: "..."
Shopping? Movies? With Hinata?
Impossible! Absolutely impossible!
He's definitely going to train secretly with her!
Without saying a word, Sasuke continued following Naruto.
Sakura didn't come this time — she knew she'd stand no chance with Hinata around.
And so Sasuke followed Naruto all day.
He watched as Naruto and Hinata actually went on a date.
All afternoon.
By sunset, Naruto walked Hinata back to the Hyuga compound.
"See you next time, Naruto~" Hinata said sweetly, waving.
Naruto smiled and waved back.
Then he turned around — and saw Sasuke, who had been following him all day, looking completely defeated.
Naruto sighed. "You're wasting your training time, Sasuke."
Sasuke stood there, his face twitching.
At that moment, he realized something truly terrifying…
Naruto didn't need to train.
He was that strong naturally.
Was this even fair?
