(William was shocked to hear about the principal having a crush on his brother and Wubin was scared about whether he would help him or get mad at him)
George: so that's it.
William: uhm, okay. I'll help.
Wubin: wait, aren't you mad at me for liking your brother, not even telling you and asking you to help me now.
William: well you told me now and it's my brother's life. He has the right to do anything. I'm protective of him but that doesn't mean that i will put restrictions on him. If he likes you he will eventually give in to anything you ask and do. But if he doesn't, he'd just tell you. He is very straight forward about these things because if he loves someone, he'd go overboard to make that person happy. Just like us, mom, me and Emily. He does so much for us without even realising it. If you become a couple, well i hope you do because you are a nice person. He just needs assurance sometime because he thinks he's not enough. I'm sure he will love you too.
Wubin: how are you so sure?
William: i don't want you to get your hopes high and then get nothing at the end but i will tell you that he has a specific type. If i talk about you, you fit his type very well. He doesn't actually care if it's a boy or a girl. He likes people who are honest and caring. People who are willing to do good for their loved ones and someone who is not awkward. You fit that very well.
Wubin: really? You think so?
George: we don't think so, we know so. You are a boy, you are honest, you are caring, you know how to keep someone entertained and you are not awkward plus you do so much for us. And you always listen to dad's lectures even tho it's my fault-
(George was about to complete his sentence but William smacked his head to shut him up. He got confused about why he hit him but when he realise what he just said he looked at Wubin and he shot him a death glare because he didn't wanted anyone to know about it)
George: i'm sorry.
William: Mr. Wubin, don't be embarrassed about it. Getting scolded for your siblings is some thing i've experienced too. And i won't tell anyone about your personal matters. You can trust me.
Wubin: no it's ok i trust you. Let's change the topic. What should i do to get close to Travis?
William: well this weekend James will be babysitting his niece because her parents would be out of city for business. I'll just ask James to go to the mall with me. Then we would have to ask Travis to babysit her and you can join him. I know it'll be a little weird but--
Wubin: no it's ok i don't mind. It's okay for me. But what if your sister joins Travis?
William: oh i'll just take her with us.
Wubin: that's perfect. Thank you so much Will. You don't mind me calling you Will?
William: no you can call me Will.
George: ok Will let's--
William: i didn't say you could call me Will.
George: what- that's so--
William: don't throw a tantrum. No one's gonna listen. So shh.
(Wubin smiled looking at them bickering)
Wubin: ok you both leave before you break something in my office.
(They stopped)
William: sorry mr. Wubin.
Wubin: and you can call me by my name. You don't have to be formal when we are together like this. You are also my friend now.
(William nodded while looking down and George pulled him out of the office making him shout)
William: George Chen! You're dead meat.
(Their screams and shouts could be heard through the hallway and Wubin just smiled to himself. These two were fighting in the hallway when William stopped all of a sudden)
George: what happened?
William: nothing, i just figured that fighting with you will not bring me any good so i'll just go back to watch the competition.
George: so you're giving up now huh are you scared?
William: scared? From you? Go look at yourself in the mirror first. What's there to be scared off from you?
George: then why are you scared to accept my love?
(William got speechless from the sudden change of topic in their convo)
