He nodded. "I own the D-Zone, too. I met you there," he said. "You took my sub classes. Then you picked Richard as your Master. I thought I'd lost you then."
The Dom teaching the sub classes had been masked. I'd never seen him. And that's why Richard lied about being the teacher, I realized. Because he'd recognized my crush on the Dom.
"Richard told me he taught those classes," I admitted. "It's why I agreed to go out with him."
Charlie's eyes widened. "I knew it," he said. "I knew you were meant for me, Jenna. And I for you." He moved aside my hair and touched the leather strip around my neck. "You're wearing my collar," he said. "And my talisman."
"The crescent moon," I said. "That symbol was all over the D-Zone."
He nodded. He looked at me, and in his gaze, I saw such tender regard. And love. My heart clutched. He loved me, and he would take care of me. I knew this to my very soul.
"Are you mine, sweet Jenna?"
