It was Chinu who opened the door.
Inside, Abe no Seimei was sprawled on the bed, deeply engrossed in a game.
Everyone in the house had access to a mobile phone, tablet, and laptop. Every room even had its own desktop setup. Unsurprisingly, Abe no Seimei had become quite addicted.
"Master," Chinu greeted respectfully.
"Mm. Where are Kanae and the others?"
"Kanae, Sayuri, and the girls from the other floors went out. They mentioned something about a girls' trip."
"Oh, got it."
With that, Nanashi took Yukino by the hand and headed into an empty room, leaving Chinu standing alone in the hallway.
That's it? Just to ask that?
Yukino, clearly in a great mood, had even changed into the maid outfit she hadn't worn in ages.
After confirming their relationship, Nanashi had been reluctant to let her keep playing the role of maid. It had been about 180 years since she last wore that outfit.
And this time—shyly, yet willingly—Yukino asked Nanashi to add cat ears and a tail.
Of course, the tail was... one of Nanashi's "unofficial" creations.
Though her face burned with embarrassment, she still gave her all to fulfill Nanashi's small request.
Haru sat quietly on the small table by the bed, observing everything.
Yukino: "Meow."
Haru: "Meow?" (Wait, can Yukino speak cat now?)
Yukino: "Meow… Ugh! Sl—slow down!"
Haru: "Meow." (Yeah... I don't understand Yukino's cat language.)
When Sayuri and the others returned, they were already used to the rhythm and chaos that surrounded life in the Nanashi household.
Sitting around in the living room, they chatted while subtly listening to the sounds coming from the inner room.
Sayuri rubbed her temples with a faint smile. "Nanashi really is... always so energetic."
Kie flushed a little. "He has... endless stamina, doesn't he?"
As a doctor, Tamayo had a more clinical view of it all. "Given Nanashi's enhanced physiology and stamina, I'm afraid even all of us together wouldn't be a match for him."
Cocolia, ever observant, raised an eyebrow. "I didn't expect someone as composed as Yukino to be that... open."
Sayuri chuckled. "Even the most reserved person melts under the heat of true affection."
"Hmm..." Kanae hummed softly.
Everyone turned to her.
She shifted uncomfortably and gave an awkward smile. "Don't mind me. You'll get used to it."
When it came to experiencing Nanashi's full intensity—she could confidently say she had the final word.
Because it was the weekend, no one came knocking or interfering.
Nanashi and Yukino skipped dinner, spending the entire night alone in the room.
By Sunday morning, after a shared bath and some... gentle bonding, the two got dressed and headed to breakfast.
At the table, Yukino was quiet, face tinged with pink, eyes focused on her food.
Nanashi smiled warmly.
Yukino still maintained her elegant composure in front of others, but in private, she was trying bold new things—shy yet curious.
It was a very different dynamic from Haruno's complete submission, but charming in its own right.
Suddenly, Eriri gave Nanashi a swift kick under the table.
"You're the worst! Bullying Yukino while I was sleeping!"
Yukino's ears flushed crimson.
Sayuri stifled a laugh. "Now, now, Eri. Don't be jealous."
"Mom!"
Eriri glared at Sayuri, half embarrassed, half fuming.
"I'm your daughter—whose side are you even on?!"
Sayuri winked playfully at Nanashi. "Naturally, I'm on your Daddy's side."
"...Daddy?"
Eriri froze, eyes wide.
"Ha?!"
She let out a squeak of disbelief, pointing at Nanashi, her face turning bright red.
"He... He…"
She fumbled for words but couldn't form a single coherent sentence.
She had no comeback!
"Daddy?" Chito and Yuuri echoed in confusion, tilting their heads.
"Pfft—!" Sayuri's teasing had even Yukino and Kanae stifling laughter.
Nanashi cleared his throat and put on a solemn expression. "Eri, it's fine. We can settle our relationship dynamics. You call me 'Daddy,' and I'll call you 'wife.'"
"Who's your wife, you big-headed idiot?!"
Eriri was so flustered she bit into his arm with her little fangs.
That playful scuffle completely eased the tension around Yukino's earlier embarrassment.
Just as he was about to jump in and tease Eriri again, Nanashi's expression shifted.
"Hold on a sec."
Eriri, catching the tone, stopped instantly.
Nanashi opened the chat group interface. A new mission had just appeared.

"This…"
A new name emerged—Transformer.
Nanashi: "Emilia, Reinhard, what's the situation?"
Emilia: "The world has suddenly fallen into chaos!"
Reinhard: "Monsters are rampaging everywhere. The White Whale, Great Rabbit, and Black Serpent have all reappeared. I must protect the royal capital."
Emilia: "And the Witch Cult is on the move too! We don't know why, but they're attacking with reckless abandon."
Emilia: "They're completely crazed—attacking anything and anyone in sight!"
Saeko: "This sounds serious."
March 7th: "Wow, a mission with ten people? That's a first, isn't it?"
Nanashi: "No time to waste. Let's move."
The group hadn't even confirmed their members when time itself froze. A wormhole opened in the sky.
"Lia, behind you!"
Puck's urgent warning came just in time. Emilia spun around, casting ice magic that instantly impaled the canine-like creature lunging at her.
"Emilia-sama!"
Rem's spiked chain mace whipped through the horde, clearing a path as she rushed to regroup. Ram, though still hornless, displayed precise and powerful technique, quickly reuniting with her sister and Emilia.
The ground around the castle was littered with corpses, yet the monsters kept coming.
Whoosh!
A red magic circle lit up the sky. Fire rained down in a blazing storm, scorching the monsters and Witch Cultists alike, giving the defenders a momentary reprieve.
A flamboyantly dressed man descended—Roswaal, the powerful magician supporting Queen Emilia. It was his flame magic that cleared the battlefield.
Despite orchestrating much of the past chaos, even Roswaal looked unsettled now. The surrounding villages and towns were affected as well, yet the Gospel had foretold none of this.
"Looks like we're not too late."
Roswaal turned at the sound of the voice. A group had appeared behind him without a sound.
"Everyone!" Emilia called out, her eyes lighting up.
"Brother Nanashi, long time no see," Puck greeted, raising its tiny paw.
Ram and Rem exchanged tense glances. Roswaal's painted face twisted into a strange smile. His voice—neither fully male nor female—was as eerie as ever.
"Ah, are these unexpected guests... Emilia-sama's friends?"
Nanashi shot him a cold glance.
"Roswaal."
His voice was firm.
"Put away your tricks. Stand down. I don't have time to deal with you right now."
"!!!"
Roswaal visibly trembled, lowering his head.
"Yes... understood."
"Lord Roswaal!"
Rem and Ram gasped. Even Emilia looked confused.
"Mr. Nanashi..."
"We're friends, Emilia. No need for formalities—just call me Nanashi."
He gave Roswaal a warning glance.
"As for him, we'll talk later. I don't want him scheming behind our backs. For now, I've temporarily put him under control."
Nanashi scanned the area but noticed two missing figures—Reinhard and Suoh.
Frowning, he opened the chat group interface.
Nanashi:"Reinhard, Suoh, where are you?"
Reinhard:"Apologies. I didn't time-travel. I'm still defending the royal capital."
Suoh:"I ended up near Reinhard. Currently engaged with some monstrous creatures."
Nanashi:"Alright. As long as you're safe."
It seemed the chat group had sent only the female members with him.
Was it intentional?
Nanashi decided not to dwell on it.
"Help Emilia secure the area first. I'll go search for someone."
With that, he launched into the sky, riding the wind.
The others sprang into action, unleashing their full powers on the surrounding monsters and frenzied cultists.
"Behold my ultimate barrage!!"
Lemuel's wings of light spread wide, a brilliant halo floating above her head. Surrounding her were countless ethereal wings formed from an array of firearms.
In this moment, Lemuel had become the Gunner Angel, the ultimate treasure of the Infinite Gunsmith King.
Compared to Shirou Emiya's Unlimited Blade Works, her arsenal felt technologically divine.
Having hacked into countless systems, Silver Wolf had shared advanced schematics—laser cannons, plasma blasters, electromagnetic weapons—now part of Lemuel's limitless loadout.
Lemuel laughed gleefully as a bombardment of lasers, bullets, and explosives turned the forest into a battlefield of fire and steel.
Let the monsters see what true power looks like.
"God of Thunder!"
Lightning surged around Nami. In a flash, she transformed into a towering thunder giant, tens of meters tall. Every step echoed with booming thunder, shaking the very forest.
"Venomous Illusion Butterfly!"
Shinobu radiated a dazzling aura of poison. A butterfly with a wingspan of dozens of meters soared into the sky, leaving behind trails of vibrant, lethal mist.
Wherever it flew, the mist corroded the beasts into lifeless husks. It was a true mass-killing weapon, elegant and deadly.
Floating midair with angelic wings and a radiant halo, Saeko drew her Zanpakutō.
"Scatter, Senbonzakura."
Her blade fragmented into a cloud of invisible blades, like cherry blossoms drifting in the wind. The petals descended, cutting through monsters in a whirlwind of beauty and destruction.
Off to the side, Esdeath surveyed the carnage. The castle and its surroundings were nearly purged.
She smirked.
"So... I can go all out?"
"..."
Emilia was stunned by the overwhelming power of Nami and the others. She spoke cautiously, "Please… try not to harm the nearby villages or towns."
Esdeath merely glanced at her before dashing off, sword in hand, offering no reply.
Moments later, a chilling wave of frost surged from the forest, sending shivers through everyone—even from this distance.
Boom!
From the vantage point of the castle, enormous icebergs—hundreds of meters tall—rose from the forest below.
"Lia… they're incredibly strong," said Puck gravely, sensing an immense threat from Lemuel and Esdeath alike.
"Everyone's amazing…" Emilia breathed in awe.
Rem was left shaken by the sheer devastation surrounding them. After a pause, she asked hesitantly, "Emilia-sama… are they really…"
Emilia gave a gentle, reassuring smile. "Don't worry. They're my friends. They're here to help us."
"…Yes."
Ram, however, cast a wary glance first at Roswaal—who stood obediently nearby—then turned her eyes toward Bronya.
"This guest… do you also have a transformation form?"
Others turned their gazes toward Bronya as well.
"…"
Bronya stood beside Emilia, holding the Iron Guard's rifle awkwardly, clearly unsure of how to respond. She was just an ordinary Great Guardian—transformation wasn't part of her skill set.
"…Sorry. I'm probably not suited for direct combat like this."
With a wry smile, she silently opened a livestream.
[Ding! Bronya has started live streaming!]
[March 7th has entered the livestream!]
March 7th: "Whew! I just got here and the action's already insane! Such a shame I can't take photos with this thing…"
Momonga: "You can take screenshots."
Bronya: "The lightning giant is Miss Nami. The butterfly is Miss Shinobu. The petals are part of Miss Saeko's ability, which seems to be an advanced cutting technique. And the iceberg... that's Miss Esdeath's power."
Unable to fight directly, Bronya had naturally assumed the role of battlefield commentator.
Momonga: "Am I the only one noticing the giant mechanical wings made of guns and cannons floating in the sky?"
Bronya: "…That's Miss Lemuel. I'm not entirely sure about her power either."
Kisara Tendo: "It's crazy! Are those… rotating gun halos above her head? Constantly firing? What kind of tech angel is that?!"
Silver Wolf: "Oh, she's using all the data I gave her. How efficient."
White Blood Cell: "Amazing! If we had weapons like that, germs wouldn't stand a chance!"
Platelet: "Yeah!"
Momonga: "Hey hey hey, hold on—you're talking about deploying artillery inside a human body? The host would be vaporized!"
Vivi: "Ahahaha… yeah, I don't think the human body could handle that kind of firepower."
Aqua: "So, where are the enemies? I don't see any left!"
Tushan Honghong: "Aren't all those monsters and cultists they're wiping out the enemies?"
Emilia: "Yes… those are magical beasts. The humans among them belong to the Witch Cult."
Emilia: "But I still don't understand why they're all acting like they've lost their minds…"
Aqua: "Seriously? Those were just cannon fodder."
Silver Wolf: "Right? Where's the boss?"
Seitenshi: "You're talking about Transformer Natsuki Subaru, right?"
March 7th: "Oh! Right! That still hasn't been explained, huh?"
Bronya: "I'm not sure either… Nanashi left right after we arrived."
Silver Wolf: "I bet he went to look for the boss. Fighting the boss solo—classic move."
And Silver Wolf was right.
