The Song That Shook the Seas
Marine Headquarters.
The battlefield that had finally begun to calm erupted into chaos once again—
all because of the appearance of a single man.
"It's one of the Four Emperors—Sugisawa Yuuto!!!"
"The new Four Emperor—Sugisawa Yuuto!"
"Chairman of Fairy Tail, the Four Emperor Sugisawa Yuuto!"
"Wait—why is the Guildmaster of Fairy Tail here?!"
Confused voices rippled through the ranks of the Marines.
"Now it makes sense why Vice Admiral Garp suddenly stepped in! He must've noticed something!"
"You mean… the Four Emperor Sugisawa has been here all along?!"
"While we were fighting the Whitebeard Pirates, there was another Four Emperor on the field the entire time?!"
"Then—does that mean Sugisawa Yuuto came as reinforcements for Whitebeard? There were always rumors about their alliance at sea!"
"Our headquarters had a second Four Emperor right here with us all along… That's terrifying. Still, he doesn't seem to be Whitebeard's ally—after all, we already won this battle!"
"That's true. The Whitebeard Pirates are basically wiped out, and Sugisawa Yuuto hasn't even made a move. He's not here to help them!"
"Even if he wanted to, it's already too late. The tide's turned completely!"
"Then why is he here? Did Marshal Sengoku invite him as support?"
"No way! If that were true, Garp would've known—and he wouldn't have attacked him!"
All over Marineford, sailors shouted in confusion, one wave of speculation rising after another.
On the execution platform, Marshal Sengoku's voice boomed, transmitted across the battlefield through the den den mushi.
"Guildmaster Sugisawa! What's the meaning of this?! Why have you come to Marine Headquarters today?"
Sugisawa Yuuto's calm, almost casual tone echoed back.
"The battle between your Marines and Whitebeard's Pirates—something this monumental only happens once in a century. Of course, I wanted to watch. Who wouldn't?"
Sengoku's eyes narrowed.
"Then if you've seen enough, I suggest you leave."
Yuuto tilted his head, smiling faintly.
"What's this, Marshal Sengoku? You sound so unwelcoming. You should be grateful—I accepted your commission, came here personally, and even helped reduce your casualties."
Sengoku's jaw tightened. Before he could reply, Vice Admiral Ghost Spider snapped coldly:
"Don't talk like some sanctimonious savior! You didn't do anything to help! If you'd truly come to assist, you'd have joined us in wiping out the Whitebeard Pirates from the start!"
"And don't pretend otherwise—you stopped us from finishing off Whitebeard just now!"
Having experienced that strange, crushing force earlier, the Vice Admiral finally realized what it was—Yuuto's gravity.
Yuuto's eyes flicked toward him.
"Noisy."
That single word was followed by an invisible boom.
A torrent of overwhelming gravity crashed down.
In an instant, the elite Vice Admiral was smashed into the ground like a meteor.
"Gah—!"
He coughed up blood, body trembling as if crushed by the heavens themselves.
Sengoku's glare sharpened like a blade.
"What do you think you're doing?!"
Yuuto brushed his hair back and sighed softly.
"That guy's voice was too loud. He scared my little girl."
The Marines froze.
Scared… his girl?
The Vice Admiral had merely raised his voice—
yet Yuuto had made him cough blood with a single look.
No—he hadn't even attacked.
Just one glance from Sugisawa Yuuto had silenced a Marine Vice Admiral.
The surrounding officers felt their throats tighten. Those who'd been about to speak quickly shut their mouths, terrified they might share Ghost Spider's fate.
A heavy, suffocating silence fell over Marineford.
Meanwhile, on the Floating Sky Island Plaza, laughter thundered across the clouds.
"Jie-hahahahaha! One glance, and he flattened a Vice Admiral of Marine Headquarters! Overwhelmed the entire Navy all by himself! As expected of Guildmaster Yuuto!"
Golden Lion Shiki laughed wildly, hair whipping in the wind.
On the other side of the plaza—
"The President!"
"The President is really at Marine Headquarters!"
"I knew he'd show up!"
"But… he hasn't done anything yet."
"Maybe he just didn't think it was worth getting involved—just went to Marineford to watch the show?"
Nami, Vivi, Kalifa, and the others murmured in surprise and confusion.
Suddenly, Juvia jumped to her feet, face flushed with outrage.
"No, no, no! That's not the point! The point is the woman in the President's arms! Who is she?! How dare she seduce the President behind our backs?!"
Her voice cracked with emotion.
Juvia could accept sharing Yuuto with her guild sisters…
but an outsider—someone not even part of Fairy Tail?
Unforgivable.
As soon as she said that, the other girls' eyes locked on the figure nestled in Yuuto's arms—
Uta, her crimson hair shining beneath the sunlight.
"So the President sneaks off quietly… just to find another woman?" Runti huffed, cheeks puffed with jealousy.
"Unbelievable… we were right there!" Kalifa muttered under her breath.
"Ahh, it seems our 'efforts' haven't been enough." Mira smiled sweetly—but there was a mischievous glint in her eyes.
"Ah!" Vivi suddenly gasped.
"What's wrong?" Nami turned to her quickly.
"I know that girl!" Vivi said, eyes widening.
"That's Miss Uta!" Wendy nodded eagerly.
"Princess Uta—the Red-Haired Songstress! Her voice is said to be the most beautiful in the world!" Perona added, nodding along.
"Indeed," Erza agreed. "Her singing is truly moving."
"Wait—Erza, Wendy, Vivi… you all know her?" Nami blinked in disbelief.
Because she often went on missions with Mira and Robin, Nami didn't always accompany the others. During one of their assignments, Erza and the younger members had attended one of Uta's concerts.
"I can't believe it," Nami sighed. "Princess Uta… is one of us?"
"Honestly, the President should've told us earlier!" Wendy pouted.
"Yeah! Then we could hear Miss Uta sing every day!" Vivi giggled.
The girls from the "younger group" were both delighted and exasperated.
Mira clapped her hands, her smile turning commanding.
"Well then—since the President has made his move, it's our turn. Let's go!"
The Fairy Tail girls cheered as they prepared to descend into the chaos below.
