Chapter 215 - Chapter 215

Roar!

A thunderous, earth-shattering roar of a dragon erupted across the heavens.

Dark crimson flames intertwined with pitch-black lightning, merging into a cataclysmic beam that seemed capable of piercing the very fabric of the world.

Wherever that light passed, everything dissolved into nothingness.

Under the furious cry of the Thunderflame Dragon King, the hundreds of Celestial Dragons within the sacred walls of Mariejois melted away like snow under a blazing sun.

They had no time to scream—no time even to understand—before they were erased completely.

Even the Five Elders, the most powerful figures among the Celestial Dragons, met the same fate.

With one overwhelming strike, the entire singing world collapsed into pure chaos.

And then—

All souls returned to reality.

Golden Lion's Floating Sky Island

"Ah!"

Golden Lion Shiki jerked awake from his slumber, his body drenched in cold sweat.

At the same time, all the girls from Fairy Tail on the plaza began to stir as well.

"What just happened to us?"

Nami frowned, her voice trembling.

"I don't know… How did we even fall asleep?"

Vivi shook her head, confused.

"Then it's true—everything we saw before… it was all an illusion."

Robin said softly, her expression calm yet uneasy.

"W-We were dreaming?"

Juvia blinked, her wide eyes filled with disbelief.

"It's better to say that the illusion has finally been dispelled."

Erza nodded slightly.

"Everything was under the master's control from the very beginning,"

Mirajane added, her tone filled with conviction.

"So… wait—"

Yamato's blank stare suddenly brightened.

"Ace… Is Ace still alive now?"

"Idiot, Yamato! Isn't that obvious?"

Runti crossed her arms and pointed to the live broadcast screen.

"Just look!"

The image of Naval Headquarters appeared.

Everything there looked completely normal—

As if nothing had ever happened.

"Thank goodness…"

Lebby let out a deep sigh of relief.

Chi… chi…

The screen flickered with static, showing a few scattered snowflakes before fading entirely into darkness.

The live broadcast had been cut off.

"Let's go,"

Urrutia said firmly.

"We need to meet the president."

Everyone nodded in agreement.

Sabaody Islands — Red Tree No. 30, Live Broadcast Plaza

"Ah!"

"Ahhhh!"

Screams and confusion filled the plaza as reporters and onlookers stumbled to their feet.

"What… what just happened to us?"

"What was all that earlier?"

"Are you telling me everything we saw was a dream?"

"The all-out war between the Whitebeard Pirates and the Marines… was it fake?"

"What's happening at Marineford now? Did the Whitebeard Pirates really lose?"

"Why was the broadcast cut off?"

"The war looked so real! How could it all be an illusion!?"

"Wait—I can connect again! Communications are back online!"

"But… how are we even supposed to report this?"

Chaos consumed the live broadcast plaza.

Reporters shouted over one another, their Den Den Mushi ringing incessantly—

all the major news agencies were trying to break the story of the century.

But the journalists themselves were lost.

No one knew what had truly happened.

"Hah… looks like he's back."

In a quiet corner, Trafalgar Law, the Surgeon of Death, let out a breath of relief.

"It feels like we just went on a spiritual journey,"

murmured Urouge, the Sky Island monk,

"and thankfully, it didn't end too badly."

"I don't ever want to go through that again,"

Capone Bege growled darkly.

"Our bodies were defenseless. Anyone could've slit our throats while we were out cold."

Even a child with a knife could have killed them.

The fact they were all still alive was nothing short of luck.

"Everything that happened earlier was indeed the work of Fairy Tail,"

the stoic Hawkins muttered.

"Marines, Whitebeard Pirates, Fairy Tail… the real war begins now."

X Drake, the fallen Rear Admiral, spoke grimly, dark lines shadowing his eyes.

"Kid," Killer said quietly, "we probably can't see anything from here. What's the plan?"

"Let's go,"

Eustass Kid replied coldly.

"I want to see just what kind of shocking tricks Fairy Tail—and Sugisawa Yuuto—still have left."

Holy Land — Mariejois

"Ah!!!"

The five most powerful men in the world awoke from their deep slumber, their faces pale, their bodies trembling.

"Five Elders!"

"Master Five Elders—you're finally awake!"

The top government officials, led by Commander-in-Chief Kong, rushed forward.

"What happened to you just now?"

Kong demanded urgently.

"Don't ask!"

snapped the bald Five Elder Saturn, his tone frigid.

"Damn Fairy Tail! Damn Sugisawa Yuuto!"

roared the white-haired, white-bearded Elder, his face twisted in fury.

"That man cannot be allowed to live!"

The scarred Elder slammed his fist down, shaking the floor.

"Prepare my ship. I'm going to Marineford myself!"

The swordsman Elder, clad in his white training robes and gripping the legendary First Generation Kitetsu, radiated murderous intent.

"I'll go too!"

barked the blond, bearded Elder.

"Bring the Seraphim units. We move out now!"

"Yes, sir!"

Commander Kong saluted sharply.

He didn't know what had just transpired—

But he knew one thing for certain:

Whatever came next would shake the world to its core.

Naval Headquarters — Marineford

Compared to everywhere else, Marineford was the true origin of both the war and the chaos.

One by one, the one hundred thousand Marine elites and fifty thousand members of the Whitebeard Pirates began waking from their daze.

The once-silent battlefield erupted again—

like thunder splitting the heavens.

A new war was about to begin.
