Chapter 174 - Chapter 174. The Sought-After Belial

"Planet Sturm… once, it was a beautiful world, rich in natural resources and blessed with a civilization our ancestors had built."

Fukude Kei sat quietly before the others, recounting his story.

"But under the barbaric invasion, everything was destroyed."

He lowered his head.

Sturm had once been a planet like any other, with a brilliant civilization. Yet, it was reduced to ash by invaders.

That scar remained etched in Fukude Kei's heart. And now, he had no choice but to face it again—because if Belial was to be purified completely, a Sturm Organ was indispensable.

And to strengthen that organ, it needed to be bathed in the light of Sturm itself.

According to Kei, the planet had been burning ceaselessly. Once every thirty years, its flame appeared briefly in Okinawa, glowing for only a few minutes.

Having calculated the exact date and time, Fukude Kei set his sights on Nakagusuku Castle Ruins in Okinawa.

When Yu Zhou and the others heard, they decided to accompany him.

After all, Belial might still believe Kei carried the transformed dark power within his body. If Belial returned, he would surely come looking for him.

The three joining Kei meant that if anything went wrong, they could fight immediately.

Kei didn't object. Their goals aligned: restoring Belial to his true self.

If Belial couldn't be restored, and Kei no longer had the dark energy in his Sturm Organ, then Belial would stand no chance against three Ultras.

Kei had seen it himself—Geed's Royal Mega-Master form had crushed ChimeraBeros, the monster born of Belial's fusion.

Thus, his only choice was to strengthen his Sturm Organ with the flames of Sturm, so Belial might truly recover instead of being destroyed.

Since Kei knew the coordinates, the group didn't bother with transportation. They simply took Nebula House's elevator, arriving directly at the ruins.

Once there, Kei stood at the highest point, raising his eyes toward the heavens.

"It's almost here…"

His pupils gradually turned golden as he stared at the turquoise radiance shimmering in the sky.

"This light… it's the burning soul of Planet Sturm."

Riku exhaled slowly, gazing at the turquoise glow. For the first time, he felt sympathy for Kei.

To watch your birthplace engulfed in endless flames… if Earth suffered the same fate, he too would crumble.

Above the ruins, the light of Sturm spilled fully into the sky. Kei spread his arms wide, bathing in its glow.

The Sturm Organ within him pulsed, strengthened little by little under the baptism of that light.

"Yu Zhou, something's happening."

At that moment, Zenna called. His tone was grave.

"What is it?" Yu Zhou frowned, catching the unease in his voice.

"The girl you asked us to monitor—Arie Ishikari. Just now, she transformed into a mass of dark red light and flew straight toward Okinawa."

Yu Zhou froze. "Arie Ishikari… turned into a red light? Heading here?!"

It didn't take much thought. Belial had possessed her.

And now he was rushing to Okinawa!

Of course Belial would know Sturm's light appeared here every thirty years. His true goal could only be one thing—Fukude Kei.

He wanted the dark energy once housed in Kei's Sturm Organ.

"Sturmian."

As Yu Zhou pieced it together, a searing crimson glow split the sky, reshaping into the hulking form of a giant clad in black and scarlet.

Scarlet eyes gleamed like knives. In his hand gleamed the Giga Battle Nizer.

Belial.

"Lord Belial!"

Kei gasped at the sight, then immediately bowed in reverence.

"Hm?" Belial narrowed his eyes, noticing something strange about Kei. "The dark power in your Sturm Organ… where is it?"

"T-this…"

Cold sweat poured from Kei's forehead. He couldn't answer.

"Belial, how dare you show yourself!"

Before Kei could respond, Zero surged forward, transforming instantly and standing before Belial.

"Ultraman Zero."

With a swing of his Nizer, Belial sent Zero skidding back. Zero immediately shifted into Shining Mode.

"Riku, let's go!"

Yu Zhou and Riku exchanged a glance before transforming in unison, flanking Belial.

"Geed… my son."

Belial sneered wickedly, extending a massive claw toward him.

"Belial… my fath—"

"Die!"

Before Yu Zhou could even finish, Belial lashed his staff sideways. Yu Zhou leapt skyward, dodging by a hair.

"You really do have a temper."

Yu Zhou fired twin light arrows from his palms, but Belial blocked them with ease.

"Sturmian! Hand me your energy!"

Belial pointed the Nizer toward Kei, still bathed in the light.

"Lord Belial… forgive me," Kei lowered his head. "The energy… is gone."

"What?!"

Belial's voice thundered. No energy? Impossible. Had Kei stolen it for himself? No… the Sturmians had always been loyal. Why would Kei betray him?

"Tell me! Where did it go?!"

The Nizer hummed, gathering violet light as Belial glared.

"Looking for this? It's with me!"

Yu Zhou shifted from Multi-Type to Power-Type, then into Sky-Type, carrying the stored might of his Power form. He charged, fist blazing.

"Foolish!"

Belial had studied Tiga for centuries, learning his form-shifting powers inside and out. Seeing Yu Zhou in Sky-Type, he braced a counterpunch.

Boom!

Power-Type's strength erupted through Yu Zhou's Sky form. Their fists collided, and Belial staggered backward, shock written across his face.

"Impossible! Sky-Type sacrifices power for speed. Yet that punch—its force rivaled a mountain!"

"Nothing's impossible, Belial."

Zero's voice cut in as he unleashed his Zero Sluggers, streaking through the air and tearing sparks across Belial's body.

"Cross Shot!"

Geed followed up, loosing a radiant cross of energy.

Belial only smirked darkly. Forming a cross with his arms, he unleashed his own crimson Cross Shot.

The beams collided violently. Geed's attack was swallowed, and the backlash hammered him, sending him screaming through the air.

"Geed still hasn't learned…"

Yu Zhou shook his head. "How many times have I told him—stop starting in Primitive Form! It only wastes time."

But that was just how Riku fought. Always rushing in, even if it meant being beaten down first.

Still, as Geed crashed, his body glowed. Rising again, he transformed straight into Royal Mega-Master.

"Now that's better."

Yu Zhou gave a satisfied nod.
