From Fukude Kei's chest, a surge of green light burst forth. The instant the soul of the Alien Reiblood surfaced, he hurled himself onto Belial.
At the same time, the Strum Organ inside his body unleashed an incredible suction force, pulling relentlessly at the Reiblood's soul.
"Noooooo!!!"
The Reiblood let out a piercing howl as its dark soul was torn from Belial's body, inch by inch, under the pull of the Strum Organ.
Slowly, as the blackened soul was dragged out, Belial's body began to change under the baptism of the three purifying beams.
His armor shifted back into silver and red, his once menacing eyes softened into their original form, and the color timer on his chest turned a calm, serene blue.
Meanwhile, the Reiblood's soul was sucked completely into Fukude Kei's body, swallowed by the Strum Organ's pull.
"Strum alien!"
The voice of the Reiblood echoed in Fukude Kei's chest, dripping with venom and hatred.
"Quick! Shift the purification target!"
Yu Zhou reacted instantly, cutting off his purifying beam from Belial and redirecting it toward Fukude Kei.
Geed and Zero immediately followed suit. Belial seemed to have been cleansed already — the true danger now was inside Kei. Without purification support, he risked losing himself to the Reiblood's corruption while trying to resist it.
The three purifying beams wrapped tightly around Kei's towering form.
Inside, the Strum Organ's cyan glow fought violently against the dark-red Reiblood soul. The corrupted spirit roared in defiance, but the purifying light interfered, breaking its grip and weakening its invasion.
"Urrrraaahhh!"
Kei screamed to the heavens, his chest shining brighter and brighter until the light became blinding.
The valley trembled with a resonant echo as the Strum Organ erupted, scattering radiant particles of light. Those particles drifted downward, flowing into Belial's prone body.
"Conversion successful!"
Riku's eyes welled with tears. His father… was back. After so many years as a fallen demon, Belial had finally been freed of the Reiblood parasite.
"Belial…"
Zero looked at him, speechless. To him, Belial had always been a destined rival, an enemy locked in endless struggle. And yet now… here he was, reborn in his true form.
"Lord Belial! Lord Belial!"
Kei shrank back down and knelt at Belial's side. As Belial stirred, Kei hurriedly lifted him into his arms.
"…Kei…"
Belial's voice rasped out as his eyes opened. His gaze swept the battlefield until it fell on Geed.
"…Geed…"
He stretched out his hand.
"Father!"
Riku sprinted forward, clutching Belial tightly. His whole body trembled. He had grown up alone, never knowing his father's warmth. When he finally learned his father's identity, it was as the most terrifying villain in history — a burden that nearly crushed him.
But now… that father was back. No longer the monster bent on destruction, but simply his dad.
"Geed…"
Belial held his son close, his heart surging with emotions too tangled to name.
Yu Zhou let out a sigh of relief. At last, the scourge of the world had been freed. No longer would Belial's shadow loom over his head.
Just then, beams of light streaked down from the sky. A group of giants landed around them.
The Ultras of the Land of Light.
Father of Ultra, Mother of Ultra, Zoffy, the Original Ultraman, Jack, Seven, Ace, Taro.
"Belial… has returned to his true form!"
Even Father of Ultra looked shaken. To see the fallen traitor restored was beyond belief.
But despite this, the atmosphere remained heavy. Long ago, Belial had been banished. Even if he was cleansed, the wounds he had inflicted on their world would not fade so easily.
"Ken…"
Belial looked up at Father of Ultra, calling him by his true name.
"…Belial."
Father of Ultra's expression was conflicted. Once, they had been comrades. But forgiveness could not erase the countless scars.
"Father, the Reiblood parasite has been driven out of Belial and destroyed," Zero reported firmly to Seven.
"…Everything I did before feels like a dream," Belial muttered as Geed and Kei helped him to his feet. "And yet, I remember it all clearly. My grudge against the Land of Light twisted me… made me fall… made me invade our home again and again."
He lifted his head to the sky, voice heavy with guilt.
"I know my sins are beyond forgiveness. Whatever punishment you decide for me, I will accept."
But deep down, he no longer had any resentment. He had vented it all in his madness. Now, his only tether was his son.
"I won't let you touch my father!"
Geed quickly stepped forward, shielding Belial with his body.
Yu Zhou exhaled softly. "Ah… here we go again. The politics of the Land of Light."
The tension was thick, but before anything could be decided, a radiant figure rose from Riku's body — the Ultra King himself.
"Belial, you cannot return to the Land of Light," the King declared. "But so long as you no longer threaten the universe, you are free to live where you choose. None will interfere."
"…I understand."
Belial nodded after a moment. He no longer sought destruction. Once, his thirst for Plasma Spark's power had been a misguided desire to protect the universe. But he had been cast out, corrupted, and enslaved by Reiblood. Now, finally freed, he knew there was no going back.
"Father, then… come live with me on Earth!" Geed pleaded, eyes shining.
"I will follow Lord Belial for life!" Kei vowed, kneeling with sincerity.
"…That's fine."
Father of Ultra finally nodded. Perhaps this was the best ending one could hope for.
Later, the Ultras of the Land of Light returned home. Zero said a heartfelt goodbye to his companions and departed with his father.
Belial chose not to live with Geed but instead stayed with Kei on the Moon, building a hidden underground base. He told Geed that if ever he needed him, he would come — he would fight by his side as a father should.
And though they did not live together, Riku was happy. Because now, his father was truly his father.
From time to time, Belial would visit Earth, simply to see his son… and savor the feeling of being a parent at last.
