Chapter 186 - Chapter 186 – A Bold Idea

Including himself, that made seven Ultramen in total. And on top of that, he stored both the powers of light and darkness.

With such strength, Yu Zhou figured he should be able to handle even the greatest crises.

"But… after dealing with the crisis in my world, how would I send them back?"

That was the dilemma. If he brought everyone to his own world, how could he return them afterward? Would they just stay there forever?

Even Daigo had obligations—Lina was waiting at home with their child.

And one child hadn't been born yet. Originally, Daigo had two children: a daughter, Hikari, and a son, Tsubasa.

"Can this really work?!"

Camearra's excitement was palpable when Yu Zhou agreed to her.

"It can," Yu Zhou nodded. He would definitely bring a few allies back, and as for returning them, he'd ask the little girl in the red dress later—she should know a way.

"Then I'll leave first."

This time, as Yu Zhou prepared to depart R'lyeh, Camearra did not stop him. He had promised her he would bring her along when the time came.

"Don't leave me behind like three million years ago."

Camearra murmured, clutching the blue gem on her necklace as she watched him fly off.

Yu Zhou still traveled in his Ultraman form—it was far faster than using planes or ships.

Passing over a mountainous region, a roar caught his attention.

"A monster?"

He looked closer and saw a creature in the mountains, with the Super Victory Team already engaging it in their fighter jets.

On the ground, Asuka held his Sparklence, ready to transform—but after a long while, he failed to do so.

"What's Asuka doing?!" Captain Hibiki exclaimed, seeing him gesturing wildly in front of the monster.

The monster targeted Asuka as if ready to fire a beam.

"This isn't good!"

Hibiki immediately flew his fighter jet toward the monster, attempting to shield Asuka from the attack.

Just as the red beam shot toward Hibiki's jet, a brilliant light suddenly appeared, blinding everyone.

"I failed to transform… what's going on?!"

Asuka stared at his Sparklence, confused by the sudden burst of light.

"Could it be…"

He realized the truth and widened his eyes as the glow faded.

"It's Ultraman Tiga!"

Hibiki, bracing for impact, was safe within the light's protection.

"Why the shock? I'm just an Ultraman passing by," Yu Zhou muttered to himself.

He remembered Asuka had once failed to transform because the Sparklence wouldn't accept his heart—or perhaps because Hibiki was watching.

In the original story, Asuka failed to transform, and Hibiki was severely injured while shielding him from the monster's beam.

Now, with Yu Zhou present, even Asuka's failure didn't put Hibiki in danger.

With a swift kick, Yu Zhou sent the monster flying and shook his head at Asuka in an iconic Ultraman gesture.

"Senior…"

Asuka reflected immediately. His recklessness had almost caused Hibiki's death. Just because he was Dyna didn't mean he could act recklessly.

After kicking the monster, Yu Zhou examined it carefully.

It was called Grossyna, seemingly easy to handle—but inside it, a parasitic creature, Cyclometra, was hiding.

If it exploded, the parasitic eggs could scatter across worlds, even planets.

"So… I can't let it explode. How should I deal with this?"

Yu Zhou decided to use the Freeze Beam. Even if it couldn't fully immobilize the monster, it would slow it enough to assess its strength.

He fired the beam, and the Grossyna was immediately frozen.

Focusing his sight, he checked inside its body—the parasite was also motionless.

"Perfect."

He lifted the frozen monster and flew into space.

"Where's Tiga taking it?" Hibiki asked, watching in confusion.

Yu Zhou flew toward the center of the solar system.

"If you want to explode so badly, go ahead—do it in the sun."

The parasitic monster was relentless, trying to spread its eggs across the universe.

When he reached a safe distance from the sun, Yu Zhou hurled the frozen Grossyna into it.

The solar heat quickly melted the ice, and the parasites sensed danger, bursting from its body.

A blue light shot from Yu Zhou, pushing the escaping parasites into the sun.

The sun's gravity, combined with his push, caused the parasites to explode near the sun. Their eggs turned to ash in the extreme heat.

Satisfied, Yu Zhou returned to Earth.

Being this close to the sun was scorching. He remembered the first time he touched the Plasma Spark—it felt like his body was on fire.

"Why can the artificial sun, the Plasma Spark, turn M78 residents into Ultramen, but the real sun can't?"

He pondered. The sun's energy shouldn't be any less than the Plasma Spark's.

He recalled how Jack once tried absorbing solar energy to fight Bemular but was stopped by Seven and eventually obtained the Ultra Bracelet instead.

Yu Zhou understood now: the Plasma Spark was originally used as a replacement sun after the M78 sun's destruction. Later, the Baltans tampered with its data, triggering the transformation of M78 residents into Ultramen.

The Baltans had only intended to evolve themselves, unknowingly creating the Ultras.

"Without the Baltans, there might be no Land of Light today."

Yu Zhou smiled, thinking of a daring idea.

"Maybe I should catch a Baltan one day and ask… how did they alter the data?"
