Chapter 202 - Chapter 202 – Dack’s Countryman?

"You can give it a try."

Yu Zhou thought Masaki's idea was worth testing. After all, solar energy was the source of Earth's light—it might even prove more useful.

Leaving Masaki's lab, Yu Zhou didn't immediately leave R'lyeh. With nothing pressing to do recently, he decided to stay.

Every day, he trained with Hudra and Darramb. Occasionally, Masaki would visit the Crystal Palace and join in, practicing with Yu Zhou.

Although Yu Zhou's strength surpassed Hudra and Darramb, the two had plenty of free time and never refused his training.

In fact, Hudra and Darramb ended up being the ones who got the most exercise—but it didn't matter. After all, they were destined to fight together in the end.

"Hudra, Darramb, both of you, attack together!"

Transforming, Yu Zhou beckoned the two onto the arena.

Hudra and Darramb exchanged a glance, transformed, and stood before him.

They didn't hesitate. Fighting Yu Zhou one-on-one had always been nearly impossible—they had been on the losing side for days and wanted to beat him at least once.

Since Yu Zhou invited them to team up, they saw it as an opportunity to vent some frustration.

Yu Zhou, in his Multi Type, didn't change forms. With balanced abilities across the board, he felt it would be easier to handle both at once.

Without words, the two launched their attack.

Hudra darted into the air, a blur of motion streaking toward Yu Zhou, while Darramb stomped the ground, swinging his iron fists.

Yu Zhou focused on Hudra first, tracking his high-speed movements—but Hudra didn't attack, only weaving around him.

Suddenly, Darramb struck from the front. A fist shattered the air with explosive force, slamming into Yu Zhou's chest and forcing him to stagger back several steps.

He hadn't expected such coordinated tactics—Hudra distracting from above while Darramb struck head-on.

Recovering, Yu Zhou was about to counter when Hudra fired two consecutive light blasts. They hit him just as he steadied, scattering sparks around him and forcing him to step back again.

"You two, your coordination is impressive!" Yu Zhou realized—they were more formidable together than individually.

"Of course!" Hudra grinned, pleased to finally make Yu Zhou struggle after so many defeats.

"Again!" Darramb shouted, excited to finally gain an advantage.

Hudra fired two more light blasts, but Yu Zhou raised the Ultra Barrier, blocking them both in mid-air.

Darramb launched a flying kick toward him. Yu Zhou dispersed the barrier, grabbed Darramb's leg, and threw him backward with a thud.

Turning quickly, Yu Zhou fired two palm-energy beams at Hudra. But Hudra's speed allowed him to dodge both attacks.

Yu Zhou leapt into the air, pursuing Hudra. With Multi Type enhancements, his average strength and flight speed had improved—gradually, he caught up in the vast arena.

He launched two palm-energy beams on either side of Hudra. They brushed past him harmlessly.

Suddenly, an orange-red binding beam struck Hudra in the back. Hudra froze, then plummeted from the sky.

"What?!" Hudra exclaimed, stunned at the sudden immobilization.

"This is a binding light," Yu Zhou explained, shaking his head, then turned his attention to Darramb.

The binding effect would wear off shortly—Hudra just needed to lie on the ground for a moment.

Darramb had already stood, charging like a tank toward Yu Zhou.

Yu Zhou crossed his hands over the crystal on his forehead, slashed downward, and in half a second transformed into the Silver-Red Power Type.

Like a brawler, he collided head-on with Darramb.

Boom!

Yu Zhou was pushed back several steps, but Darramb was flung across the arena, crashing into the ground.

"You two lost."

Yu Zhou de-transformed and landed beside the arena, still enveloped in light.

Soon, Hudra and Darramb reverted to human form and came over.

"Even our combined attack couldn't beat you," Hudra admitted, shaking his head. Yu Zhou's skills—speed, strength, and versatility—were overwhelming.

"We lost," Darramb conceded, utterly convinced this time.

"No worries—keep practicing," Yu Zhou encouraged. He wasn't trying to crush their confidence, only to help them grow stronger together.

At that moment, Yu Zhou's phone rang.

He answered, gathered the information, then hung up. It was Dack. Previously, Yu Zhou had provided him with a phone. Although basic for Dack, he used it to communicate Earth-style.

"I need to go back," Yu Zhou told Hudra and Darramb. "Let Camearra know I've left."

"No problem," they nodded. Yu Zhou truly cared about the lady after all.

With that, Yu Zhou left the Crystal Palace.

Dack explained on the call that TPC wanted to see him. They had found a spaceship last night containing an alien and wanted to determine if it was from Dais Star—or if Dack might know its origins.

Yu Zhou considered the idea of a Dais Star vessel unlikely. In the original story, Dack was the only Dais Star native on Earth; other peaceful visitors like him were rare. Most aliens on Earth were hostile.

Having mastered instant travel, Yu Zhou didn't bother flying—he became a streak of white light, leaving R'lyeh behind.

Moments later, he appeared near the orphanage beach and de-transformed.

"I'm here!"

Dack, caring for Yuka at the orphanage, had received a message from Captain Megumi and contacted Yu Zhou immediately. Seeing him appear, he waved.
