Vincent lit a cigarette and took a slow puff before explaining."Inside the 'Land of Sins' are all the criminals, monsters, and forbidden beings that The Black Church has captured. To become a supernova, you have to clear out all the evil inside. But since The Black Church was founded, very few people have ever managed to do that."
Hearing this, Logan felt his heart sink. "From what I know, people who complete the challenge and become a supernova can break through to the [Saint Stage], right? Then why doesn't the Pope take part in it?"
Vincent rolled his eyes. "Because the Pope is scared of dying! Plus, The Black Church has its own way of passing down power. The Pope has a safe and sure path to get stronger — no need to take risks."
