The bell rang, signaling the start of lunch as soon as the clock hit eleven. As Blossom stood from her desk, Liam appeared next to her with a grin.
"You hungry because I am." He asked as she gathered her things. Her cheeks flushed, and she nodded gently.
"Yes, I am."
"Great, let's go."
As they left, they passed by Jianna and Olive's desks, who gave her dirty looks. Blossom avoided looking at them, not wanting them to bother her.
They didn't make it that far before Jianna rushed up, grabbing Liam's arm. She looked up and smiled sweetly at him.
"Are you leaving for lunch?" She asked, then turned her head to Blossom, still smiling, but her eyes filled with darkness as if she were dead. Seeing this, Blossom flinched and looked down. Liam didn't notice their small interaction and frowned at her while trying to pull his arm back.
"Yes, I am, and I could go faster if you let go." He said with a sigh, not wanting to hurt her by pulling too hard.
Pretending not to hear him, Jianna looked at Blossom, still smiling.
"Oh, your girlfriend Olive is behind you."
Before Blossom could react, Olive appeared behind her, wrapping her arms around her waist and kissing her cheek.
"Hey, babe, let's go to our usual spot to eat." Her voice flowed out like honey as her locs framed her tilted face, making her look cute and giving the impression she's flirting. Blossom looked at her from the corner of her eyes and, seeing the sweet smile on her face, started trembling and lowered her head to the ground.
Liam looked down at them, a hint of confusion in his eyes. Olive, seeing this, gave him an innocent and sweet smile. His lips dropped into a frown, not liking the idea that Blossom was already in a relationship, and he looked over at her. He quickly noticed her trembling in fear and shot Olive a glare.
"I never heard of Blossom having a girlfriend." He said, frowning.
Olive lightly shifted one of her hands out of his view behind Blossom's arm and pinched her hard. With a flinch, Blossom looked up at Liam with teary eyes.
"We are together." She said softly before being dragged away, so Liam couldn't ask more questions. As she was pulled away, she turned and looked back at Liam, her bandaged face showing her fear. Liam, with his face full of worry, took a step towards her, but was quickly pulled back by Jianna, who pouted up at him.
"You said you were going to eat, so we can meet up with the two at the cafeteria." She whined. With a frown, he let her pull him to the cafeteria, giggling the whole way.
After they turned the corner out of Liam's view, Olive let go of Blossom and took a step back while pulling out some gummy candy. She looked her up and down with a snear.
"You made a mistake getting close to Liam." That's all she said before reaching out with her free hand and grabbing Blossom's wrist.
"Now let's go." She then turned and dragged Blossom to an empty classroom that she and the girls regularly hang out in after school. Throwing her in the room, Olive closed the door behind herself.
Blossom stumbled, barely catching herself before falling. Olive, seeing this, lifted her foot and kicked Blossom, causing her to fall to the ground a slide a bit.
"Ugh." Blossom groaned from the heavy fall. Trembling slightly, she looked up, her eyes locking onto Hannah, who stood nearby looking down at her with an evil grin. Olive walked over and casually sat on a desk in front of Blossom, reaching to a nearby desk and grabbing a purple purse sitting on top of it.
With a smirk, she waved the purse at her, slightly teasing.
"What do you think is in here?" She asked, trembling. Blossom adjusted her body and sat on her legs, making sure her skirt covered her properly.
"I'm not sure." She said softly, her voice trembling. Hannah's giggles sounded out as she took a step closer to Blossom on her left, blocking the door. Olive glanced at her before rolling her eyes and focusing back on Blossom. She carefully placed the purse onto her lap, not opening it just yet.
"W..what did I do wrong today?" Blossom asked tremblingly. Olive sighed as if tired, her lips moving as she chewed on the gummy in her mouth.
"I already told you, you messed with Liam." She said casually, her eyes shot down, locking with Blossoms.
"Jianna is in love with him." Hearing this, Blossom's eyes widened in shock. Olive glanced at Hannah and indicated her head towards the dusty teacher's desk. With a nod, Hannah quietly walked to the front. Olive then focused back on the shocked Olive.
"You're such a pretty girl, if only you hadn't come to this school, you would have lived a normal and happy life." She said with a sigh. Hannah walked back over this time, standing behind Blossom with her hands behind her back.
Blossom, hearing those words, started trembling once more, knowing something bad was about to happen.
Olive swallowed the gummy she had been slowly chewing before crouching down with her legs together in front of Blossom. She reached out and gently rubbed her thumb over Blossom's puffy lips.
Blossom sat frozen, just looking up at Olive as her hand slowly rubbed at her milky soft skin, avoiding the bandages before gently running up into her hair. Then, suddenly, she tightly gripped her hair, yanking her head up to look at her better.
The rims of Blossom's eyes sat puffy due to crying from fear. Olive's locs framed her face, her beautiful dark skin giving the illusion of an evil goddess. Then, with a head flick, her locs sat behind her shoulders, and she seemed human once more.
"Shh, it's only a lesson to avoid Liam in the future." She said gently, as if soothing her, she then leaned closer, pulling Blossom's hair as she did so.
"No matter what happens in this room, don't tell anyone because Jianna can ruin the lives of your parents." She whispered, and as soon as she finished speaking, the bell rang signaling the end of lunch.
Hearing those words, Blossom's eyes seemed to lose a lot of sparkle as if her life was being drained. Seeing this, Olive smiled before looking at Hannah.
"Come tie her to a chair." Hannah, with a smile, pulled her hands from behind her boy, in which she held a rope. Olive, letting go of Blossom's hair, stood straight and took a step back, watching a Hannah dragged Blossom to a chair and tied her to it.
After she finished tying her up, Olive looked Blossom up and down before looking at Hannah.
"Do you want us to get caught? Gag her." She ordered.
"Sorry!" Hannah said before looking around in a panic, before looking at Olive helplessly. Olive, with an eye roll, walked to the door where a bag sat and pulled out a roll of clean socks and duct tape.
"If you want us to keep including you on plans like this, you need to be more prepared, especially when it's planned." She then tossed the items to Hannah, who almost dropped them.
"Hurry up, Jianna should be here soon." She said with a frown, sounding impatient. Quickly, Hannah stuffed Blossom's mouth before taping it shut. Blossom sat dazed, knowing she couldn't fight whatever they had planned for her.
Just as Hannah finished taping Blossom's mouth shut, the door opened, and Jianna walked in with an angry expression. Her eyes quickly locked onto Blossom, who sat right in view of the door. Jianna's expression seemed to get even darker before she closed the door behind herself, blocking anyone's view if they happened to pass.
