Both Nightmare and Su Yaoyun's hearts skipped a beat. Since infiltrating Douluo, this was the first time someone had noticed something was wrong.
Nightmare shot Su Yaoyun a vicious glare, silently cursing her incompetence.
"My companion took one of your soul beasts. We'll return it immediately," Nightmare said, trying to de-escalate.
The silver-haired少女 shook her head.
"With your strength, you're already pillars of this continent. Regardless of the reason—today, you must die."
"You're not human?" Nightmare and Su Yaoyun exclaimed together.
The silver-haired girl remained silent. Killing intent and hatred flashed across her face.
Space shattered under the pull of her vast spiritual power. Dark, crescent-shaped spatial blades formed instantly, slashing toward both of them.
"Nightmare, she's too strong—I can't block this!"Su Yaoyun dragged the unconscious Three-Eyed Golden Lion and jumped behind Nightmare.
"Damn you!"
Nightmare's beautiful face twisted beneath the black robe. No time to curse—her opponent's attack was already upon them.
Pitch-black spiritual power, heavy with corruptive allure, condensed into a massive barrier, blocking the spatial blades.

Su Yaoyun's eyes shimmered. From Nightmare's words, she caught a crucial detail.
"Trying to escape before me?"
The silver-haired girl cold voice came from the side.
