(2 months later)
2 months have passed since Pachirisu became a Pokemon trainer, and trained under Clemont's care to master some moves.
And he has also been training Gyarados and Gible, who got transferred from Jubilife City Pokemon Centre to him because Gible agreed to be with him.
And now, the gang is ready to go.
"Bye bye Pachirisu!"
"We will come to watch you in the Sinnoh League!"
Biding farewell to Bonnie and Clemont, Pachirisu rode Gyarados to fly to Sinnoh.
Apparently, during their first battle, Gyarados was so traumatized that he learnt flying just so that he wouldn't get bit in his revenge.
Talk about willpower.
"Pachi! Pachirisu!"
Waving them bye bye, Pachirisu and Gyarados left.
The destination? Oreburgh City, the first gym of Sinnoh.
"Pachirisu~ Pachiri~ su~"
Singing in Jigglypuff song's tune, he enjoyed riding Gyarados.
The land soon disappeared, and came the ocean.
"Pachi!"
Looking at it through an aeroplane's window was one thing, but looking at it directly is something else!
Pachirisu wanted Gible to see it, so he started taking out his Pokeball from his bag.
Gyarados felt like Pachirisu's grip wasn't tight, and immediately flipped!
"PACHI!"
And while Pachirisu and his bag along with its contents were falling, he used Hyper Beam!
Pachirisu used Thunder Armour to protect himself and shield the Pokeballs.
Taking this chance, Gyarados decided not to take any chance and he fled the scene!
And he didn't go to Sinnoh, but some other place.
He will live freely in the ocean and beat weaklings!
"Pachi!"
Pachirisu was enraged, but he quickly used Magnet Motion to first catch the bag and wore it.
It's as if Gyarados was looking for this opportunity all this time! No wonder he was so docile these two months!
Since when is Gyarados supposed to be smart!?
As if it wasn't enough that he was duped by Gyarados, somehow, clouds formed everywhere, hiding the sun. And it started raining.
Now, Pachirisu has no idea in which direction he should go.
While falling towards the ocean, he sent electric currents to various directions to test out where he moves with Magnet Motion, and determine the directions through it.
But somehow, it wasn't working properly. As if the electromagnetism is disturbed!
"PACHIRISU!"
Damn you Gyarados!
Gyarados, who was flying away, looked back and saw Pachirisu just falling, and was confused why he isn't moving like he usually does.
So, he decided to watch what happens now.
Pachirisu used Thunder Armour to protect himself. Thankfully, Celmont has given him an electric-proof bag so that he can use Thunderbolt and other electronic attacks without worrying about things inside.
Moreover, there was an oxygen cylinder and mask in the bag, so he quickly put them on.
He fell into the water, but it surprisingly wasn't deep.
No, the ocean was deep, but, Pachirisu landed on a really big, shiny, glowing rock.
A giant ass Mega Stone!
'PACHI!'

He couldn't believe that he stumbled upon such a treasure!
And since it is not affecting him, he either doesn't have a Mega Evolution or this stone just isn't for him.
Still, he charged Chidori, and pierced it.
The Chidori didn't get deeper than one or two centimetres, but small rocks still broke.
1, 2, 3, 4.
He put the four pieces in his bag.
He continued mining, and put a total of 38 pieces before his bag became slightly more heavier than he can easily handle.
He is really lucky.
Suddenly, his ears twitched.
And he felt an instinctive fear.
He looked at his left.
"ROAAAAAAR!"
A deep roar came.
Freaking Kyogre appeared!
And on his left, Groudon appeared by emerging from the ocean bed!
Is this Mega Stone theirs!? He hoped that they didn't see what he did with it.
He knew that nothing will really work on Groudon, since he is Ground type.
"Pachi! Pachi!"
Groudon-sama, I am here to defeat Kyogre!
Saying that, and hoping that Groudon will not attack him, Pachirisu used Volt Missile, aiming slightly above Kyogre!
And as expected, Kyogre used Hyper Beam!
Torterra, Salamence... their Hyper Beams were nothing in front of the Master of Ocean's Hyper Beam.
Volt Missile not pierce through it even a little bit, despite being more effective in water. Well, Pachirisu's speed IS lower in water.
Pachirisu was blown out of the water.
And to protect himself, he made the Thunder Armour a lot thicker, and entered Plasmarisu mode.
With him being so light in this mode, and the Hyper Beam sending him flying, despite the Electromagnetic field being messed up, probably due to the Mega Stone, Pachirisu went flying to the Rain clouds, most likely having been summoned by Kyogre.
Pachirisu smirked.
Just what he wanted.
In the clouds, in the rain, with no civilization in sight, huge amounts of charges started forming due to the intense heat of his Plasmarisu mode.
His bag remained safe.
Plasmairisu, floating in the air, spread his arms, focused his tail, and went full-drive on Volt Absorb, bringing out the lightning from the clouds and turning his surroundings into plasma.
And then, he stopped using Volt Absorb and shaped the entirety of hot electric plasma and surrounding charges into the shape of the one who saved him.
His version of Kirin. A salute to the dragon.
A Blue Lightning Rayquaza!

Ultimate Move: Lightning Rayquaza!
The Lightning Rayquaza descended into the ocean, heading straight to Kyogre at actual lightning speed.
Kyogre was hit with the Lightning Rayquaza, in water, and being Water type.
Moreover, he was busy fighting Groudon after taking care of the small fry, so he didn't counter with Hyper Beam.
It hit without any resistance.
"ROAAAAAAR!"
Kyogre screamed in pain. It was injured.
But it didn't still didn't get knocked out.
Pachirisu was spent using his ultimate attack, his Plasmarisu form faded, and that's when Gyarados appeared behind him, ready with a Hyper Beam.
