Chapter 75: The Snake That Refused to Leave
Elyn's POV
It's been two days since I saw the snack—or sweet—thief, also known as a Syrenthis, which is a snake, but also known as Azerion.
Now you'd think I was used to things by now. You'd think things were back to normal and that I'd gotten rid of the demon who had been stealing my snacks—but nope. That didn't happen.
I mean, I tried to make him leave after finding out he was stealing my snacks. I told him he could go back to his family and told Marrok to drop him off at his home.
Although I was corrected and told that they live in a nest.
But anyway, back to what I was saying—Marrok assured me that he had placed Azerion back in his nest, and he also told me that he doubted the snake hatchling would stay in the nest since it was attached to me.
But did I listen? No. Not at all.
And perhaps that's what came back to bite me in the butt, because it's been two days and Azerion refuses to leave my side.
