Aki! The voice said repeatedly
"Father!! You're back" the young Aki screams as he hugs his father after a sprint.
His father a tall heavily built human man with brown eyes, wild black hair and brown skin. He had taken off his chest plate and upper body armor with only the ones below his wait remained with his underarmor atop his chest.
He laughed and picked up his 8 year old son aki who had clearly inherited his brown eyes.
Father how did you go? The young Aki asked with excitement
It was wonderful, we saw these tall creatures.... Yetis. On this island north of the continent. He added.
Mr. Mateo! Says the caretaker of the mansion. Madam Akili has returned.
Mateo drops his son and playfully asks him.
You want to suprise your mother?
Yes! He replied smiling from ear to ear.
Mrs Akili who has returned from a council meeting came off her carriage at the garden, the entire compound heavily guarded by knights. She choose to check on her flowers. She was a tall woman, a dark skinned half elf with grey eyes. She wore a long flowing white and gold gown a ring bearing the Kokoro family crest
Suprise!! Her husband and son yell out as they jumped from the bushes leaving her startled.
Don't scare me like that. She said as she gently slapped Mateo's head.
Welcome back dear. She added as they shared a kiss.
Eww. Aki added. Get a room!
Come here! His mother shouted out as she drew him closer and hugged him and his father.
Now you're back. We're complete.

Oh and i have something for you Aki. He said as took out a newly crafted ring bearing the Álvaro family crest and places it in his finger letting out a smile.
Thanks Dad. Aki gleefully says as he hugged his father.

What are you doing? His mother says as she opens his curtains. You're late for your lectures.. and your training... Where were you last night?
I went to see Custos mum, I'm sorry. He says as he rubs the sleep off his face
There's no problem there son. She said with relief. Custos is a good boy, he has good parents and he won't get you into trouble.
I'm 19. He grudgingly adds. Trouble comes with the age
I don't understand you anymore Aki. You're good at training but you don't want to be a knight. You're good at studies but you're not interested in continental politics or business. His mother added.
Now with a bent head. He quietly responds. I'm sorry mom it's just that I miss him.
I know. I miss him too. She says as she touches his shoulder.
Now get dressed your teacher has been out there for 40 minutes.
Okay mum. Aki says as he quickly enters the bathroom and cleans himself up.
Aki now fully dressed and ready for the day walks out of his room into the corridor of the mansion and stops at a portrait of his father.
It's about time Dad. He says go to himself as he touches his ring.
Fully clad in a black attire, shoes and coat. He walks through the centre of the garden on the concrete path and arranges his outfit.
The sun shinning on his brown skin and half elven features. He pours a quick hair potion on his thick and spiky black hair to freshen it up with it's added dandelion scent. His tall frame visible to everyone outside the courtyard. His elven heritage made him posses greater height han the average human but he was not as tall as full elfs, who were far taller than humans.
Mr. Buggies! He yells out with a smile as he approached his private teacher.
Are you ready for today's geography lesson Mr. Aki. Said Mr. Buggies an extremely intelligent pale skinned and brown haired gnome professor and private teacher for many.
Yes sir. Aki added.
2 hours had passed and he bid his teacher farewell and exchanged pleasantries with the mansion workers who were well aware of Ali's disinterest in studies despite possessing great knowledge of Mr.Buggies teachings and he, Aki's own intelligence. He was always happy for a class to end.
Sir Timothy. Said Aki to a Knight, one of the usual guards appointed by the knights guild to their residence.
What do you want? Said the knight.
Would you mind sparring with me? Said Aki with a smile.
Ughhh... Yes. Answered the knight in a annoyed tone.
Yess. Aki responded and returned with his scepter.
That thing again? Said Sir Timothy. A sword would be much better.
Nah, i really like this one. He said and took a glance his staff a long black staff with sigils and runes inscribed on it as well as a medium sized gemstone carefully placed on the top of the it, with an old single cut design.
Aki spins his staff around with perfect mastery and precision and races towards Sir Timothy as their weapons clash sending sparks across the hall where their battle takes place. As Sir Timothy swings his sword near Aki's head he quickly moves to the side dodging the attack and immediately responding with a kick that sends Sir Timothy across the room.
He lets out a dry cough as Aki runs to his help.
Are you okay? I'm sorry man
It's alright. I am a knight of course so i should be prepared for anything. Sir Timothy adding with a strained voice.
You know with physical strength like yours, you would be exceptional in a knights guild. He added.
Too military. Aki added with a smile and helped him up.
Don't tell my mum i'm out.Thanks man. He shouted as he ran out of the room headed out of the premises.
Wait...! Sir Timothy said but it was too late as the boy had already left and he lets out some breath and takes his hand off his armor chest plate revealing a dent.
That kid!! He says with a grin and shakes his head.
Now at the Capital Market, a young man, red haired, skinny and light skinned is walking along the road and Aki drops from a building top behind him.
Booohh! He shouts out.
What the..? Says the confused young man.
Don't scare me like that man. He adds
Ah yes Custos my brother, what adventurers might we have today?
The difference in their outfit and upbringing was visible. Custos was a human male, he wore simple cloths a plain blue shirt, grey trousers and sandals but they were true friends none the less.
Maybe we can't meet that girl.. what's her name Viola ehhh. He jokingly says to tease his friend.
She's just a friend. He added hiding his smile.
Oh my sweet Viola, how you have stolen my heart. Aki adds and let's out a loud laugh causing people around then to look in their direction.
Shut up! Custos shouts out with his face red as blood.
Hey guys, What's going on? Says Viola a brown skinned human girl with pink hair and black eyes. Dressed in a long sleeve shirt and jacket with a jeans shorts and a pair of googles on her head.
Nothing! Custos quickly responded

Said the suspicious Viola
How are you today council boy?she says and performs a bow.
Stop that! Aki added attempting to stop her teases.
Viola and Custos both laugh.
Yeah. Yeah. It's not like i want to do it. My mum is making that choice for me. I know it's for the good of the family and myself but you know me Custos. I can't sit down reading documents, doing meetings and all that. I can't. I want to be free to explore, like my father.
He added as he found himself a seat on a barrel and his friends quietly stared at him.
So what's going on here, younglings? Something i should be interested in? Says a dagger weilding female elf accompanied by a shaggy looking human male with a sword and an elven male archer with crooked teeth who laughed maniacally.
We're just looking for our way home, we're lost. She says and her crew of outlaws slowly approached the three.
Run! Aki screams out as he tackles the female elf with a dagger and tries her into a window nearby. His friend's running the opposite direction.
Sorry. He says to the residents as he runs away from the other two chasing him. He instinctively dodges the arrows fired by the archer and the initial attacker recovers and joins the chase.
Aki attempting to reduce damage to property and people leaves the bustling market and crowds and leads to the corner of a building where the group surrounds him.
It's over brat. The human says as he unsheaths his swords and ignites it with flames. Now cornered Aki begins to strategise, he quickly kicks up some dust disrupting the archer's accuracy and knocks him out with a punch. In the dust he runs towards the dagger weilding elf unknown to him that the swordsman is behind him. The swordsman increases his flame outputs and swings down his blade to slash the boy's back.
BANG! The loud sound echoes through the corner.
The 3 fighters are surprised and look behind them.
A gunslinger with a smoking gun stares down the opponents and let's out a wicked smile.
To the swordsman's suprise his sword had been broken in half by the bullet.
