Yoshio blinked, completely stunned. "Ryuu…you didn't tell me you have a girlfriend?"

Aya looked at me, "A friend?" then looked at Yoshio and asked me, "Who's the boy you're with?"
I looked at Aya and said, "He is Yoshio, my best friend."
After that I turned back to Yoshio and told him, "This is Aya…a friend."
"Nice to meet you!" Aya said happily.
Yoshio flashed a friendly wave and said, "Nice to meet you as well!"
Aya took a seat at the table between me and Yoshio, who I stayed face to face with. Aya was on my right side. She called a waiter and ordered a lemonade with ice.
After Aya ordered her lemonade, Yoshio said, "I'm going to the bathroom, I'll be right back!"
Yoshio left the table and I curiously asked Aya, "What are you doing here? And how did you find me?"
Her expression changed, serious, sharp, "Ryuu…after you've left, I took Akagi to the place you took down Semyaza, but he was not there anymore."
I felt good and terrified at the same time. I didn't kill him, so I am not a murderer, but now…
Aya continued, "Semyaza might come after you." then her expression changed to happy and said, "That's why I am here. I will protect you! I promise I will not let my guard down this time."
I was shocked Semyaza might come after me, afterwards, I was the one who beat him that badly. I told Aya, "And are you sure he will not take you down again?"
She smiled and told me, "I will never let him do that again. You need to believe in me." then she touched my hands with hers.
"I'm back! You good, Ryuu?" Yoshio said, looking at me while I was staring blankly.
"Yeah, sorry. Everything is good." I said, smiling at him trying to hide my fear.
The three of us stayed there a while, we talked to each other, that felt so good, I loved my normal life. Then, we ordered something to eat.
After our food arrived, Yoshio, excited, told me, "Wow, Ryuu, this steak is amazing! You should give it a try! Do you want some?"
Happily, I said, "Yes!"
It was amazing to be honest.
Aya ordered a big ice cream, I asked her, "Aya, do you like it?"
She didn't answer, not even looked at me. I asked her again, "Aya, do you hear me?"
Aya grimaced and yelled, "My brain is frozen! Ahh, I can't feel my head anymore!"
Me and Yoshio started laughing, I looked at her and told her, "Aya, you shouldn't have eaten that fast."
After we've stayed at the terrace for a few more hours, evening already came and Yoshio said, "Hey, I am going to leave now, I am heading towards home. Bye guys!"
We said goodbye to Yoshio and then we started going towards my home.
"Aya, I am afraid Semyaza might come after me! What am I gonna do if he…"
She interrupted me and said, "It's alright, I will protect you!" as she grabbed my hand and my cheeks started blushing again.
