Yuzuru Uchiha said calmly, "Third Raikage, have you forgotten what I told you before?"
Upon hearing Yuzuru's words, the Third Raikage recalled their conversation that day in the Raikage Building.
Yuzuru's goal was to change the current state of the shinobi world and establish a unified nation.
He had been stunned at the time.

After all, to unify the entire shinobi world, the current strength of Kumogakure was far from enough.
Seeing the Third Raikage hesitate to speak, Todai and Mabuma exchanged a curious glance. "Lord Raikage, what matter is Lord Yuzuru referring to?"

"I will build a new order—one that achieves true peace."

"But this is my plan. Why should I seek their permission?"
When he finished, the Third Raikage, Todai, and Mabuma froze in place.
The daimyō were the rulers of their nations—wasn't this something that required their approval?
Seeing their dumbfounded faces, Yuzuru said flatly, "Ninja possessing great power yet obeying daimyō is a twisted system to begin with."
"The state of the shinobi world today is inseparable from those parasitic nobles."
"Eliminating the daimyō has long been part of my plan."
"So…" Yuzuru's voice slowed, his gaze sweeping over the three stunned men. "Whatever we choose to do, we need not care about so-called daimyō."
"If one objects, I'll kill him."
"When death comes, the daimyō and their nobles will finally understand—we are not lowly tools. We are the true masters of the land!"
The office fell silent.
After a while, Todai spoke hoarsely, "If we kill the daimyō, the others will never stand by. We'll become enemies of the entire shinobi world."
"Hahahahaha!" Yuzuru burst into wild laughter. "Todai, what do you think I'm planning? Becoming the enemy of the entire shinobi world is only a matter of time!"
Todai fell silent.
This was a matter far beyond his authority—one that concerned the fate of their entire village.
The Third Raikage stared into Yuzuru's eyes. "Yuzuru, are you confident?" he asked solemnly.
"If we follow your plan, we'll likely face the anger of the entire shinobi world!"
"Hmph! Mere grains of sand are nothing before me." Yuzuru's dark eyes turned scarlet, transforming into the Mangekyō Sharingan. Confidence filled his tone. "These eyes of mine can make anything possible."
"Good!" The Third Raikage roared with laughter, clapping Yuzuru's shoulder hard. "Truth is, I've long despised the daimyō. Those bastards care only for their own interests and never for our lives!"
"And besides…" His expression burned with excitement. "There's nothing I love more than fighting powerful opponents!"
His body trembled—not from fear, but from exhilaration.
With the power Yuzuru had already displayed, perhaps they could truly accomplish it!
To become revolutionaries greater than Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha—that very thought set his blood ablaze!
Seeing the Raikage's approval, Yuzuru smiled.
Among all the Kage, perhaps only the Third Raikage would agree to such a mad plan.
For that alone, Yuzuru decided he would rewrite the man's fate.
Todai and Mabuma exchanged a bitter smile.
The Raikage was already radical enough. Now another even more extreme man had appeared.
What could they say? They could only follow the madness.
"Alright, today's matter is top secret. Not a word to anyone."
"Yuzuru, I'll issue you a command letter. Go to Hell Valley and retrieve the Blood Pond clan."
"Understood."
As the Third Raikage wrote the order, Mabuma couldn't resist teasing, "Lord Yuzuru, you and the Raikage are quite alike—you both love solving problems with brute strength."
Yuzuru shook his head. "Nonsense. I've always solved problems with my intelligence."
"Is that so?" Mabuma chuckled. "Yet what you're planning clearly relies on power."
"That's because my intelligence tells me to use my power to solve problems."
"Hahahahaha!" The Third Raikage laughed loudly and nodded in agreement. "Exactly! I'm the same way!"
After a moment of laughter, Yuzuru took the Raikage's command letter and left the building.
He had heard that the Blood Pond clan's Kekkei Genkai was quite similar to the Uchiha's Sharingan.
Did that mean they too were descendants of Indra?
If his guess was right, then by acquiring their bloodline power, his spiritual strength—just as when he obtained the Yotsuki clan's bloodline—might once again undergo a tremendous boost.
