Cloud Village.
On the road to the Raikage Building.
"Brother Yuzuru, that line you just said—'I hereby declare: the Fourth Shinobi World War has begun!'—was seriously cool."
Seeing the look of pure admiration in Uchiha Obito's eyes, Yuzuru smiled faintly. "I learned it from you."
"Huh?!" (T/N: "Huh?!")
Obito was completely confused.
What did he mean, learned it from him?
Yuzuru didn't bother explaining. He simply lowered his head and continued on his way.
The two soon arrived at the Raikage Building, where the Third Raikage and the others were already waiting inside the Raikage's office.
When he saw Yuzuru and Obito return, the Third Raikage asked eagerly, "Yuzuru, how did it go?"
Yuzuru smiled. "All members of the Hyuga clan have been brought back. From now on, they are members of the Cloud Village."
"Excellent!" The Third Raikage clenched his fist in excitement.
The Hyuga clan was a prestigious ninja clan, one that stood shoulder to shoulder with the Uchiha in the ninja world.
The Byakugan's scouting capabilities were unmatched by almost any other kekkei genkai.
For a very long time, the Byakugan had been the bloodline limit he most wanted to bring into the Cloud Village.
And yet, his old dream had actually come true.
The Land of Lightning was now not only powerful as a nation, but also possessed the Sharingan, Ketsuryūgan, Magnet Release, Scorch Release, and other kekkei genkai.
On top of that, there were powerful clans such as the Senju, Hatake, and Uzumaki.
Compared to the impoverished Land of Lightning of the past, its current strength was on a completely different level.
Although most of these changes were brought about by Yuzuru, as the Raikage, he still got to share in the glory.
If they truly managed to unify the ninja world, then he, the Third Raikage, might one day stand alongside Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara in the annals of history!
With that thought in mind, the Third Raikage said in a deep voice, "Yuzuru, as you instructed, the Hyuga clan's territory has already been selected. What are your next arrangements?"
Yuzuru replied calmly, "I've already unilaterally declared war on Konoha. Once the Hyuga clan is settled, we can launch an attack on Konoha at any time."
Hearing this, the Third Raikage took a deep, satisfied breath, an intoxicated expression appearing on his face.
Finally, he could fight freely again. What a rush!

Led by Tōdai, Yuzuru and Obito arrived at the territory that had been prepared in advance for the Hyuga clan.
"Lord Yuzuru, I still have some matters to attend to, so I'll be taking my leave."
After Tōdai departed, Obito opened a space-time portal.
Before long, the Hyuga clan's ninja emerged one after another, looking around with curiosity.
"This will be where you live from now on. For the time being, stay within the clan grounds and don't wander around. In the next couple of days, someone will come to register your information."
After giving a brief set of instructions, Yuzuru let the Hyuga clan members go and settle in.
A short while later, only the families of Hyuga Hiashi and Hyuga Hizashi remained.
Hiashi bowed deeply toward Yuzuru. "Lord Yuzuru, thank you very much."
He had been completely conquered by the power of the Mangekyō Sharingan.
To think that it could open up an entirely different world and accomplish things far beyond ordinary comprehension.
No wonder it was called the 'power of the gods.' It was truly terrifying.
Even if the Byakugan were developed to its absolute limit, it could only contend with a three-tomoe Sharingan. It was simply incomparable to the Mangekyō Sharingan.
Seeing Hiashi bow, Hizashi and the others also bent at the waist respectfully.
Yuzuru waved his hand casually, then shifted his gaze to the three timid children standing nearby.
"Lord Yuzuru, these are the children of Hizashi and myself."
"The eldest is Neji, Hizashi's first son."
"The other two are my daughters. The older one is Hinata, and the younger one is Hanabi."
Hearing Hiashi's introduction, Yuzuru nodded with a gentle smile.
Hinata really was adorable as a child—though her personality was far too shy.
As for Hanabi…
She was only about two years old, holding tightly onto her sister's hand, her head lowered in silence.
"Alright. Settle in as soon as possible. Our war with Konoha probably won't be far off."
Hiashi and Hizashi immediately nodded. "Understood."

Konoha Village.
"Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!"
Inside the underground office, Shimura Danzo tore the documents on his desk into shreds, his face dark with fury.
He had only just managed to fall asleep when he was jolted awake by a sudden shout.
Before he could even figure out what had happened, the entire ground began to shake.
Then came Yuzuru's voice, openly declaring war on Konoha.
Danzo wasn't worried about the Cloud Village going to war with Konoha.
What infuriated him was Yuzuru's sheer arrogance.
To openly appear above Konoha and declare war—it was a blatant display of contempt, as if Danzo himself didn't even exist.
Before long, Sarutobi Hiruzen pushed open the door and walked in.
Seeing Danzo's outburst, he couldn't help but say, "You're in power now. You need to stay calm when things happen."
Danzo snapped back, "Don't you know to knock before coming in?"
Hiruzen snorted lightly. "Learned it from you."
Danzo fell silent, unsure how to retort.
"Danzo, the village has been damaged again by Yuzuru. Although we've conducted multiple emergency drills in advance and dug shelters early, there will probably still be tens of thousands of casualties."
"More importantly, when Anbu went to gather intelligence just now, they found that there wasn't a single person in the Hyuga clan's shelter."
"What?!" Danzo's heart skipped a beat. "Don't tell me those Hyuga bastards didn't evacuate in time and were all killed by Yuzuru?"
Hiruzen shook his head. "Unlikely. Over the past few days, Hiashi used the excuse of selecting clan members to gather all Hyuga clan members together. I already felt something was off."
"Now that Yuzuru has pulled this stunt, I have a guess."
Danzo asked coldly, "What guess?"
"The Hyuga clan must have secretly colluded with Yuzuru and moved the entire clan out of Konoha!"
Hearing Hiruzen's firm conclusion, Danzo felt his vision go dark.
"Those damn bastards! They've been playing me for a fool this whole time!"
Just yesterday, when Hiashi came to him with a list of Hyuga clan members to join Anbu, he had praised Hiashi generously and even promised him certain benefits, all to demonstrate his so-called mastery of controlling people.
Now that he thought about it, Danzo felt an itch at the bridge of his nose.
Hiruzen had no mood to mock him. He said gravely, "Even if Yuzuru hadn't declared war, we would've had to declare war on them sooner or later. Otherwise, if he keeps doing this whenever he feels like it, who could possibly endure it?"
"Pass down the order. Begin constructing defensive lines on the front immediately." Danzo nodded, his voice vicious. "This time, don't indulge those ninja clans. Make them send every single combat-capable member to the front lines!"
"The sacrifices for Edo Tensei aren't fully prepared yet. Even if it means wiping out their clans, they must stall the Cloud Village's advance."
