"Woah," Roy exclaimed, "She's pulverizing them!"
"Don't be so quick to judge," Abraham said stoically, right before the ground all about them began to rumble.

Roy became alert and scanned his surroundings. However, when he looked back to where Black Zero was standing, he saw that the man had vanished!
Roy searched and turned around, only to see Abraham dashing away.
"H-Hey!"
Right at that moment, abyss creatures the size of an adult pig burst out of the numerous holes, bearing red ant heads, with mandibles and a torso that supported their six legs. But also, a matte black snake body extended from their torso, but was short, not overly long like normal snakes.
An unsettling chill crawled up Roy's spine. Before he could begin to think, he found that he had been running ever since he saw that Black Zero had vanished.
He glanced back at the antsnakes and winced. Each abyss creature he encountered always happened to become more hideous and twisted than the last.
