"Is that…?"
Mari and Mizuhara looked over instantly. They saw an unfamiliar young man dismount his cool purple motorcycle and slowly walk toward the Lion Orphnoch that had been knocked to the ground.
In the distance, Masato Kusaka arrived on his three-wheeled Side Basshar and stopped in front of Mari. After a confused glance at the distant Raven, he ignored him, instead patting Mari's shoulder, pretentiously taking out his Kaixa Phone to transform. He then focused his attention on the white Rider opposite him: Kamen Rider Psyga.
Leo, Psyga's user, ruthlessly snapped the neck of a resistance fighter, tossing the body aside, then made a throat-slitting gesture toward Kusaka.
"You bastard."
Kusaka was instantly enraged. He didn't want to lose face in front of Mari. He immediately rushed forward and engaged the "Sky Emperor." However, Psyga's strength lay in his agility and lightning-fast reflexes; all of Kaixa's attacks were dodged. Kusaka then pulled out the Kaixa Shot and equipped it to his fist, pressing the activation button. As energy charged, he tried to land a killing blow on Psyga.
But the result was still disheartening. The performance gap between the Emperor's Belt and the Kaixa Driver was simply too vast. Furthermore, Kusaka himself couldn't use the belt to its full potential and had lost his composure due to the taunt. Consequently, he was completely toyed with.
Tiring of merely dodging, Leo counter-attacked. After easily evading Kaixa's strikes, he landed a few blows of his own. Each hit caught Kusaka off guard. Finally, a kick sent Kusaka flying into the distance.
Mari and Keitaro watched, extremely worried. They were both shocked. This must be the rumored Emperor's Belt. It truly is powerful, they thought. Even Kusaka was getting demolished.
The Emperor's Belt had exceptionally high base speed and immense attack power. Kusaka struggled to recover after taking the kick. But thinking of Mari nearby, he didn't want her to see him fail. He got up from the ground, recognizing he was outmatched in close combat, and mounted his Side Basshar, switching it to Battle Mode. Kaixa's three-wheeled bike transformed into a large combat mecha, relentlessly barraging Psyga.
Seeing this, Leo activated the Flying Attacker pack on his back, jets of white steam propelling him into the air, allowing him to gracefully evade Kusaka's attacks.
Meanwhile, the Lion Orphnoch was still dazed from the initial impact. Now, it looked at the perpetrator, Raven, with fury.
"You human scum!"
It let out a roar, exposing its sharp claws and lunging at Raven. Mari and the others watched, gravely concerned.
But Raven calmly dodged the Lion Orphnoch's attack with only his bare body, then followed up with a perfect spinning kick, sending it reeling again.
"Incredible!"
Keitaro couldn't help but exclaim in admiration, seeing Raven so effortlessly repulse the Orphnoch. He then noticed the belt hanging from Raven's waist and immediately shouted to Mari, "Look! Isn't that the Delta Gear?"
"It really is! But didn't Smart Brain steal the belt? How could it be…" Mari's eyes lit up.
Mizuhara, standing beside her, stared intently at the belt on Raven's waist, filled with jealousy. First Takumi, then Kusaka—why do all these other people have belts? If only I could find the missing Faiz Gear.
Raven picked up the Delta Phone. Unlike Faiz and Kaixa, Delta's transformation was voice-activated. He only needed to hold it up and say, "Transform."
"Henshin."
After speaking the simple transformation command, Raven inserted the phone into the Delta Mover on the left side of the belt. Silver-white Photon Blood spread across his body, forming the base frame. In a flash of white light, Raven transformed into Kamen Rider Delta before everyone's eyes.
The Lion Orphnoch, completely focused on revenge, attacked again without hesitation. Raven simply sidestepped and delivered a basic punch.
BANG!
The Lion Orphnoch froze instantly. Its body began to burn with red flames before dissolving into sand and dying.
A single, fatal blow. And it was just a regular punch. This was the terrifying nature of Delta. The belt had the fewest combat accessories, with no close-combat tool besides the Delta Phone and Delta Mover. Yet, it was still considered the strongest of the Faiz series belts.
It wasn't without reason. Depending on the user, this belt had an incredibly high ceiling, though a very low floor.
